have some very complicated reasons to believe that history calls Sen. Levin,
and New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson -- to be elected President and Vice
President in November 2004!
Sen. Levin voted
against the Iraq war in 2002 -- as Chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee
-- he was the highest-ranking Democrat in the U.S. Congress on national
security matters.

Tax To Pay For The US Military
I may rework this and propose a 1% wealth tax --
each year -- on an individual’s personal wealth above $10-million to pay for an
apartment with air conditioning, telephone and Internet TV -- for everyone that
needs it. I need to find out “how the
numbers work out”!

I have updated my position on
Israel-Palestine. In 1996 I despaired
of any fair solution and recommended moving the people and institutions Israel
to the United States. (Actually I still
do despair of a fair solution, but I hope to prove myself wrong.)
I said in 1996 that I was quite convinced
that moving Israel to the U.S. will not happen. And I continue to believe that.
The question of what is right to do about Israel-Palestine has been a
very difficult personal and political problem for me for quite a number of years
now.
I have developed what I believe to be the
best we can do for both the people of Israel and the people of Palestine. I have taken a radical position in support
of historic justice for the Palestinians, including Palestinian Right of
Return, and War Reparations for the Palestinian people. I have thought about this quite a lot, and I
believe I have some ideas that can help bring peace and justice to that
troubled area.

Several years
ago I copyrighted much of "z-pb01.txt" thru "z-pb45.txt"
under the name "Plausible Believability -- An Autobiography by Michael
Egger". (This a sarcastic or "ironic" twist of the CIA's
standard doctrine of "Plausible Deniability".)
This Copyright
(in Washington, D.C.) is TXU 528 446. (I'm not absolutely sure this is
"TXU" -- the "U" of my "registration number" is
smudged on my certificate.) This material is a collection of reports, and it is
not yet a "book". I copyrighted this material as a formality only --
please print what you wish of the material on the diskette (or Internet). I
would appreciate attribution.
In reviewing
some of this material, I notice that sometimes I make allegations with emotion
-- rather than with a strict technical correctness. This is usually an accurate
representation of my emotions, but not always strictly provable.
I took out some
names -- out of general principles -- and I hope I took out everyone's address
and phone number. Sometimes a friend's name was used in a double language
situation, and I went ahead and used the first name. And sometimes I made some
kind of cryptic reference -- replacing a name with ".....".
On the other
hand, I wanted to give as full an impression of these "psychological
tricks" as they were presented to me. The originals included -- names,
dates, and places; addresses and phone numbers -- which I sent to Congress,
Presidents, Police and such -- and to some news media.
When I first wrote
these letters and reports, I was usually angry about something, and I used a
lot of cuss words in the originals. I've tried to remove most of the cuss
words. A few times I obfuscated "lightly" so the meaning could be
discerned -- this for political intent.
Sex education,
birth control and abortion are serious political subjects, which I attempt to
discuss appropriately. And there is discussion of serious religious
issues.
