There is a special election to be held in Lubbock, Midland-Odessa and surrounding areas in West Texas on May 3, 2003, for the seat in the U.S. House of Representatives being vacated by Rep. Larry Combest.  This is the 19th Congressional District of Texas. 

I am announcing my candidacy for this office.  I’ll be making a campaign speech starting at noon, Monday, February 24, 2003 at the kiosk -- gazebo -- just west of the west entrance to the Lubbock County Courthouse at 904 Broadway. This will be the first meeting of the Don Quixote Unauthorized Democratic Club.

 -- I am a radical, left-wing, libertarian Democrat.  (That’s “small” l -- “big” D!)  I call my philosophy “Libertarian Social Democracy”. -- What I mean by this, is that the government should take enough tax money to provide a simple, utilitarian, “taking care of the needs of the poor”, and otherwise, leave me alone in my personal life.

-- I am not a member of the Libertarian Party -- though I have the most incredible personal testimony to libertarian principles of personal freedom -- that anyone has ever seen.

 -- The way I’m going to try to win this special election -- is to try to increase turnout in Democratic areas of Lubbock and Odessa, to try to start educating Libertarians about the “anti-libertarian effects” of poverty, AND to present a civil liberties and constitutional argument to principled conservative Republicans and principled conservative Democrats.  I think many principled “constitutional” Republicans are very concerned about the way their party is going!

-- If poor people commit crime to survive or to buy illegal drugs -- people will be more afraid and more likely to enact repressive, anti-libertarian social policies.

 -- I’m going to try to move the Democratic Party sharply leftward!  We must give poor people a chance to be motivated to vote.  Slightly less severe Republicanism IS NOT THE WAVE OF THE FUTURE FOR THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!

I’m going to try to win this race by uniting Democrats, Libertarians, Greens, Independents, and Constitutional Republicans. I am not a traditional conservative -- but I’m so conservative I believe the governments must be forced to obey the law and the constitution!

I was born in Ralls, and I started school at Ropesville. When I was in the 3rd grade, my family moved to Morton, where I was Student Council President and Valedictorian in 1965.

I received a degree in mathematics from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1969, and about 1975 or 1976 I received a Master’s degree in mathematics from UCLA -- the University of California at Los Angeles.

I was a mainframe computer systems programmer for almost 20-years, and had become team leader and backup supervisor for the Information Management System -- Data Base / Data Communications group at GTE Data Services in Marina del Rey California.

And then I went to work -- as a civilian -- for Northrop Corp. -- a California military contractor -- where I was the responsible mainframe systems programmer for a small IBM mainframe at the King Abdul-Aziz Air Force Base at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

And that is where I got my real education. More about that in a minute.

I have already sent papers to the Federal Elections Commission -- as a Democrat of long and sincere activist standing.

I have a very serious history of volunteer activism for liberal Democrats. Gene McCarthy in 1968, Jess Unruh against California Gov. Ronald Reagan in 1970, George McGovern in 1972, Jerry Brown for California Governor in 1974.

In 1976 I took off work on election day to drive people to the polls for Jimmy Carter.

In 1994 I walked a precinct in East Lubbock for Governor Ann Richards and Rep. Bill Sarpalius.

In 1996 I attempted a campaign against Rep. Larry Combest, but I didn’t get on the ballot, and on election day I walked a precinct in East Lubbock for the Democratic Party candidate against Mac Thornberry of District 13.

I made this campaign because he was Chair of the House Intelligence Committee. He told me he had been looking at my web site: www.libt-social-dem.org.

Politically, I have been very concerned about the great increase in the U.S. Government debt being planned by our right-wing political masters. George W. Bush rants and raves against the class warfare he and his right-wing masters are advancing.

The right-wing wants to give huge new tax cuts to people who are already rich -- and they are paying for it out of the Social Security and Medicare trust funds. They are giving away working people’s retirement and medical care -- and issuing a propaganda barrage against working people that complain.  

There is a directly related issue in the fall of the dollar against the euro.  There is a story about this today in the Washington Post.

This article says the euro has appreciated against the U.S. Dollar by more than 20% in the past year.  My arithmetic is slightly different, stating the dollar has fallen against the euro 17% -- but they both tell the same story.  (The higher number -- 20% -- comes from starting with a low euro -- vs. starting with a high dollar.)

I don't really expect all this to happen, but the dollar could plunge dramatically, and OPEC could start demanding euros for oil -- and the Saudis really and truly do not like the recent attacks against the wife of their Ambassador to the United States -- by the Republican Slander Machine -- and they have more than $700-billion in conservative investments -- business and government debt -- in the U.S.  I consider that a serious threat to U.S. national security -- but the game may be -- to roll over the 30-year U.S. Government bonds at a much higher interest rate.  Socialism For the Rich -- this to complement our Social Darwinism For the Poor!

That is an extraordinarily risky gamble.  If 3 or 4 things go really bad -- all at once -- we get to play by the same IMF and World Bank rules we sanctimoniously enforce on South America and much of the rest of the world!

Ron and HW railed against Jimmy Carter's (and George Washington's) Satanic Debt of $1-trillion.  They and Boy George have been howling at the moon against this debt -- From the Dark Side -- all the way past $5-trillion -- and W is learning how to count!

Think back in history a bit.  Jimmy Carter suffered the 2nd OPEC oil embargo -- which greatly inflated the world price of oil -- and caused a great increase in inflation in the United States.  Interest rates, and in particular, interest rates on U.S. Government debt bonds, increased greatly.

With this inflation, the U.S. Federal Reserve sharply increased interest rates.  With Ron's huge -- supply side -- new deficits, the U.S. Government issued huge amounts of new debt at high interest rates.  This included a huge amount of 30-year debt bonds at very high interest rates.

A large number of rich people -- U.S. American and throughout the world -- bought huge amounts of 30-year USG bonds at 12-15%.  Now that inflation is very low -- this is real gravy paid for by working people.  May I repeat myself? -- Socialism For the Rich! -- guaranteed by the good faith and credit of the U.S. Government.

There was talk a few years ago about not issuing any more 30-year debt bonds -- because the national debt was already almost defeated -- and they were no longer needed.

WHAT DOES THE MARKET SAY NOW?  I don't really know all this.  I'm just a concerned citizen who reads the newspapers.

Perhaps the government is no longer issuing new 30-year debt bonds.  That would be my guess.  Interest rates are too low -- and the secret people -- behind the scenes -- may be promising -- in a few years -- HIGH INTEREST RATES --  on new and "rolled over" 30-year USG debt bonds -- the ones new since 1980.  This gives the illegal secret government 10-years or so to get interest rates -- up "real high".  With a huge debt paid for by the working people!  Working people's taxes HAVE GONE UP -- since Ronnie RayGun and the Full Mooners took over!  Howling at Jimmy Carter's and George Washington's Satanic Debt of $1-trillion -- howling from The Dark Side -- past $5-trillion now -- and W is learning how to count!

     I feel I have an important contribution to make to Israel and Israeli democracy.  I am, myself, a candidate for U.S. Congress from West Texas in a special election to be held May 3, 2003.

     I support the Israeli people, and I will be attempting to achieve a sincere peace as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives.  I have taken a radical position in support of Palestinian Right of Return to advance this peace.  I am working to update my web site (www.libt-social-dem.org) and at the moment it is not complete. 

 -- The United States and the world community must impose a unified, bi-national, Israel-Palestine on Israel -- or make Israel-Palestine west of the Jordan River -- the 51st State -- or actually the 51st and 52nd states.  Same geographical area -- each person chooses whether they want to be an Israeli or Palestinian.  We need to think about including parts of the “East Bank” as well, and this gets to be very complicated, but we need to think about this -- and how to “equalize” Jordanian participation in reparations and such.

  -- There were 5,000 Jews in the Promised Land in 1750.

     IS THIS NOT CORRECT?  Supporters of Israel must take proper historical responsibility for that. -- The U.S. Government has guaranteed Israel military superiority from the beginning -- and because of this, we have a deep moral responsibility to the Palestinian people. -- Former Prime Minister Rabin stated in his autobiography that he personally led -- under orders -- military attacks against Palestinian civilians!

     I have a long paper about much of this -- WHICH ALSO NEEDS TO BE UPDATED -- at http://www.libt-social-dem.org/Libt Israel-Palestine.htm.  I was working on updating my web sites when I learned of Rep. Larry Combest’s retirement, and I’m trying to do a lot of work very quickly.

     I propose automatic -- NON-REVOKABLE -- dual nationality -- U.S.-Israeli -- or U.S.-Palestinian -- to every Israeli and to every Palestinian -- UPON REQUEST.  This means every Israeli and every Palestinian -- gets a blue passport -- THAT CANNOT BE REVOKED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER!

     I’ve only recently begun thinking about making Israel and Palestine -- which cover the same geographical area -- into the 51st and 52nd states of the United States of America!  -- I think this is how we contain the reckless Israeli nuclear threat!

     I am not at all convinced that W (aka “Boy George”) and Sharon (aka “Crown Prince Arik the Catastrophe”) are the real powers of their respective countries.  I think they all bow before Victoria’s Satanic Regime!

     I must mention one “caveat” that concerns me deeply.  In my web link at http://www.libt-social-dem.org/Libt Israel-Palestine.htm, I state my belief that we should trust current Israeli practices of “defining” who is a Jew -- and potentially an “automatic” Israeli -- in this new US American citizenship.  Then recently, I read that “someone” had discovered another “lost tribe” of Israel -- which numbers 35-million!

     I trust experienced diplomats will be able to solve this problem.  Perhaps we need to promote an equivalent “discovery” of “lost tribes of Palestine”!  This still presents the danger of “breaking the bank of the United States” -- but we surely can manage this problem!

     With Israel-Palestine the 51st and 52nd states -- we have 2 U.S. Senators for Israel and 2 U.S. Senators for Palestine -- and a proportional number of members of the U.S. House of Representatives -- according to the rules of the U.S. Constitution.

     I know this looks like more European Christian Imperialism -- but this relies on the good faith of US Americans, Israelis and Palestinians.

     There will be a special problem with Jewish and Muslim religious practices, but the United States allows states to enact “Sunday closings” -- at least I haven’t heard of any Supreme Court rulings against that.  We can set up statehood legislation to manage “most” of that kind of thing.

     Texas was an independent nation when we became a state, and there are special rules -- still in effect because of that.

     I feel quite confident that Muslim Palestinians will be willing to accept “no cruel and unusual punishments” -- which I, personally, will demand.  The vast majority of Muslims in the world do not practice amputations of hands -- or the execution of adulterers.

     The only serious problem in implementation of this -- that I can imagine -- is the Muslim practice of allowing more than one wife.  As a sincere “Equal Rights Amendment-er” -- I will demand equal permission for women!

     I think we can manage this by “allowing” civil contracts -- among consenting adults.  As many guys and as many gals -- as wish -- can form a “civil” union that can be respected by the laws of the United States.  If we put this into a treaty and statehood legislation -- we can gain very good long-term political protection.

     I propose a 75-year plan to reintroduce displaced Palestinians -- at about 1.5% per year to the land of their parents and grandparents.  This may be somewhat “procedurally difficult” if Israel-Palestine do become the 51st and 52nd states, but for the most part, I think Palestinians in the Diaspora will be happy with a blue passport, reparations payments -- and proper representation in the US Congress.

     Concurrently, I propose that the United States and the world community pay war reparations to the Palestinians of $10-billion per year for 37.5 years and $5-billion per year for the following 37.5 years.

     This should be $5-billion per year for 75-years -- half in strictly cash payments to individual Palestinians -- deposited monthly into their personal bank accounts.  And the other half of this, to build up Palestinian Social Security and Medical Security accounts.

     And with this, an additional $5-billion per year for 37.5 years, to build Palestinian local government infrastructure -- sewers, roads, schools, hospitals etc. -- and to build business and industrial infrastructure -- which probably could be privatized over the long term.

 -- In order to make this happen -- the solution is: USMC -- Springtime in Jerusalem -- and the West Bank and Gaza.  To begin, the United States distributes GPS cell-telephones to each and every Palestinian -- 6-8-10-million or so -- and surrounds Israel with cell-phone transmitters.

 -- Whenever any Palestinian -- reports that Israeli soldiers are hindering -- in any way -- their attempt to achieve emergency medical care -- USMC black forces -- or blue and white -- according to the time of day -- will jump in and provide -- any and all needed medical care -- on the spot.

 -- This way -- we learn whether the State of Israel is willing to interfere -- militarily -- with a non-hostile, humanitarian, military operation to provide emergency medical care for Palestinian civilians.   

 -- The United States Government has guaranteed Israeli military superiority -- SINCE THE BEGINNING!  I want the United States to take proper historical responsibility for the grievous suffering the Palestinians are suffering since 1948 -- and before, as well -- of course.

 -- I’m terribly sorry about Hitler’s Holocaust, but it was not the Palestinians’ fault.

 -- Saddam Hussein of Iraq is not a threat to the United States -- or to Israel. -- I believe Saddam is a double agent for CIA-Mossad-MI-6 -- the secret intelligence agencies of the United States, Israel, and Great Britain.

 -- He murdered 1,000,000 Iranians for us, for the Iranian taking of the U.S. Diplomats as hostages. -- The CIA started the Iranian War when they illegally overthrew their democratically elected President and installed the Shah in 1954.

 -- I believe the plan is for the U.S. to attack Saddam, then Saddam launches some bio-chemical attacks against Israel, then the Israeli Army strikes out across Jordan to retaliate against Iraq.

 -- Then, suddenly, the U.S. “finds and destroys” Saddam's “weapons of mass destruction” -- letting Saddam off the hook -- and Israel never leaves Jordan.

 -- Israel keeps Jordan under military occupation -- as a “storage place” to forcibly relocate Palestinians to. -- Then as the war spreads, Israel strikes -- as a “counter-strike” -- of course -- into the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia -- where the oil is! -- W's paying the freight!  Why not?!

 -- I propose 100% government paid health and dental care for everyone. -- Prioritize diseases and start with a 1% national sales tax. -- Increase the national sales tax by 1% per year until the job is done. -- Increase the IRS Standard Deduction to $15,000 or $20,000 and abolish loopholes.

 -- Or, perhaps, we could start with a 3% to 5% National Sales Tax, to provide for 100% care for everyone 25 or younger.  -- That way, every baby that begins life inside a poor teenage mother -- will begin life inside a healthy and well-nourished, poor teenage mother.  Today America!  Tomorrow the World!

 -- I think there is a severe national security crisis with the exploding US Government debt.  This is "Socialism For the Rich" of course -- to counterbalance our "Social Darwinism For the Poor"!

     I have lived in Europe for short periods, and I have been living in Colombia (South America) off and on since 1997.  I watch the US Dollar exchange rate very closely -- because that determined how many pesos I had to spend each month.  And with this I have always watched the euro rate as well.

 -- Specifically regarding the US Dollar exchange rate with the euro -- I am very concerned about this.  The euro was introduced a few years ago at 1-euro = USD-$1.10.

 -- Since then, during the Clinton Presidency, the euro gradually devalued to a low of about 1-euro = USD-$0.87.  And it stayed in the range of $0.88 to $0.92 until about Springtime of 2002.

 -- Because the debt was so high, the Fed had to pay somewhat greater interest rates --AND BECAUSE OF THE GOOD FAITH AND CREDIT OF THE US GOVERNMENT -- foreign investors were willing to spend their local currency -- buying US Dollars -- in order to buy US Government bonds.

 -- IN THE PAST 8 OR 10 MONTHS the euro has steadily strengthened until today -- 2003-01-26 -- it reached USD-$1.0844!  If we use a “base” of 1-euro = USD-$0.90 less than a year ago, that means the dollar has depreciated against the euro by 17% in less than a year!  We are talking trillions of dollars in the world economy.  Think about that -- profligate tax cutting Republicans!

 -- There are good things and bad things about these exchange rates.  As the dollar weakens, US companies that export products get a great advantage in that Europeans (and others) can pay a smaller number of euros to buy US American products -- and this gives these US companies a competitive advantage.

 -- Conversely, while the dollar was high, US consumers could buy foreign goods at a reduced dollar cost -- while the European sellers got a good price in euros. -- This has been very important to keeping US inflation low -- and the US Federal Reserve could keep interest rates low because of low inflation -- in spite of the huge government debt.

 -- The rapid devaluation in the dollar will have severe consequences when the US Government starts “rolling over” its trillions of dollars of debt -- as the “low interest bonds” will start becoming “high interest bonds”.

 -- The reason this will happen is that all during the Clinton years, the US Government was able to provide high value bonds -- at low interest rates -- and as long as the dollar was rising, EUROPEANS COULD BUY DOLLARS AT RELATIVELY LOW COST IN THEIR EUROS -- as compared to future “higher” dollar values.

 -- They had to buy dollars first.  Then they could buy US Treasuries -- and other private business debt as well of course.  As long as the dollar was going up -- they made an excellent profit -- IN EUROS -- WITH LOW INTEREST, US GOVERNMENT BONDS.

 -- Because of this, foreigners have been buying so many dollars that ONE BILLION DOLLARS PER DAY -- OF FOREIGN MONEY HAS BEEN FLOWING INTO THE UNITED STATES -- ALL DURING THE CLINTON YEARS.

 -- But now, Europeans can show a good “dollar profit” -- but with the weakening dollar -- THEY SHOW A LOSS IN THE EUROS THEY SPEND AT HOME EVERY DAY!!!

 -- AND THIS IS BEFORE THE WAR STARTS!  The Saudis are very angry about the Republican Slander Campaign against the wife of the Saudi Ambassador to the United States. -- For a long time they have been thinking about reducing their $700-billion or so -- investments in US Dollar government and business securities.

 -- And if they decide to dump the US -- and ask President Putin for protection -- AND DEMAND EUROS FOR OIL -- the US Dollar could spiral downward severely -- AND THEN THE US GOVERNMENT WILL BE FORCED TO PAY EXTREMELY HIGH INTEREST RATES TO ATTRACT FOREIGN MONEY TO REFINANCE ONGOING US GOVERNMENT DEBT.

 -- THE DOLLAR GOES SOUTH SHARPLY -- and we have to pay a huge increase in dollars to buy euros -- with which to buy oil on the world market.  I don’t expect all this to happen -- but we run a huge risk!  Cheap “euro” goods suddenly become very expensive!  Inflation in the US starts going up -- etc., etc.!!!

 -- HOW MANY DOLLARS DOES A EURO COST -- AND HOW MANY EUROS DOES A BARREL OF OIL COST???  Rollin’ rollin’ rollin’ -- though the debt is swollen -- keep them dollars rollin’!  Rawhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide!

 -- The “fiscal conservative” Republicans have been howling at the moon -- at Jimmy Carter’s (and George Washington’s) terrible, Satanic debt of $1-trillion.  The “Full-Mooners”: Ronnie Raygun, George the Father, George the Son (aka the “Boy Emperor”) and Dick the Holy Ghost (aka "Tricky Dick II") -- have been howling at Jimmy Carter’s Satanic debt -- FROM THE DARK SIDE! -- all the way past $5-trillion -- soon past $6-trillion -- AND W IS LEARNING HOW TO COUNT!!!

 -- WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN THE TRUST IN THE “GOOD FAITH AND CREDIT” OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT DISAPPEARS FROM THE WORLD FINANCIAL MARKETS?!

 YOO HOO?!  OH -- YOO HOO?!  WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN THEN?!

 -- All this is “worst case scenario” of course!  Nevertheless, I think people should start investing in the 10-year “inflation adjusted” US Treasuries.

 -- The highest priority of U.S. foreign policy with every country in the world, including the Vatican, must be the effective control of world population.

 -- I support the Equal Rights Amendment -- exactly as it was written before -- fully and completely!

 -- I support the Gun Control National Guard -- Implement the 2nd Amendment! (http://www.libt-social-dem.org/Libt Gun Control National Guard.htm) Gun people claim that at the time of the American Revolution everyone who had a gun was considered part of : “The Militia”.

In its entirety, the 2nd Amendment reads:

     “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

     What I say is: “If you have a gun -- YOU ARE A MEMBER OF A WELL REGULATED MILITIA!

     Is it in any way dishonest -- to read the 2nd Amendment as “allowing” us to say, “The security of a free State REQUIRES -- that the militia be well regulated.”?  The first paragraph of the US Constitution says its reason for being, among other reasons, is to “insure domestic Tranquility”.

     Our gun deaths are enormously greater than that of all other advanced democracies.  It is obvious that we have a “US national emergency” in the critical area of domestic Tranquility.  This should provide the Constitutional permission to “nationalize” The Gun Control National Guard.

     Every gun owner -- at the moment of “ownership” or “possession” IS a member of The Gun Control National Guard -- and EVERY gun is registered -- and after a while -- 5-years perhaps -- we “order” SECURE storage of EVERY weapon.

     You don't have to go to war or anything else.  You have exactly one -- and only one -- order:  “GUARD THAT WEAPON SECURELY, SOLDIER!”

     And if you don't -- if you allow your weapon to be stolen -- or something -- YOU SHARE EQUAL CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY -- UNDER MILITARY JUSTICE -- WITH THE PERSON WHO USED YOUR GUN IN A CRIME!

     I’m in favor of test firing of every weapon -- as often as is needed for later identification -- from the bullet markings -- which registered gun was used to fire EVERY bullet from EVERY crime scene.

     About 5-years later, I will advocate an electronic feedback system that communicates to the armory headquarters of the “militia” -- whenever any gun is removed from its case and “locking mechanism”.

     Do you want a “well regulated Militia”?  OR WHAT?

     Art Buchwald once said, “Whatever it is those people pulling the triggers constitute -- it is NOT a well regulated Militia!”

     Do you want to play games -- or do you want the US Government to exercise proper Constitutional Authority?!

Lubbock, Texas is in the process of becoming the laughing stock of the country, and even the planet.

When I was growing up, I decided to believe in evolution. My mother believed God worked through evolution. My dad said, if you don’t believe ALL OF THE BIBLE -- how do you know which parts to believe? This was how he felt -- except for those parts he disagreed with!

He didn’t think “thinking was as bad as doing”! My guess is -- that like Jimmy Carter -- he “lusted after women sometimes” but never did anything about it!

Charles Darwin had been at the university studying -- of all things -- to become a clergyman in the Church of England. It was considered quite proper for a young naturalist to become a clergyman. After all, as a naturalist, Darwin had been studying the wonders of God's handiwork.

Then he had the opportunity to go along on "The Voyage of the Beagle". In different continents, Darwin noticed minor variations in the same species, and he set about thinking about how that might have occurred.

Eventually, Darwin determined that he could not defend both his religion and his science, and he gave up the ministry. Even so, he kept his work secret for about 20 years! Finally, as others started to independently reach the same conclusions, Darwin published "The Origin of Species".

This really was “just a theory” until DNA was discovered. Darwin’s theory has been confirmed. It is simply fact.

DNA is an extraordinarily complex and complicated set of molecules. Many different natural factors cause this complex set of molecules to undergo minor changes.

Gamma rays from the universe, many different kinds of industrial chemicals, replication errors, etc.

These changes cause the resulting organism to be different -- and these mutations are almost always injurious -- except once in a great while -- some mutations will give the resulting organism a better chance to survive or reproduce in a hostile environment.

The thing people don’t take into account -- in their thinking -- is how much time HAS BEEN AVAILABLE FOR THESE RANDOM CHANGES TO ACCUMULATE.

Life on the earth is probably 1-billion years old. Genesis is not a science book. Moses didn’t know about DNA. Modern day scientists do know about DNA -- and this science must be taught in schools -- even in private religious schools.

Right-wing Republicans are playing an extraordinarily hypocritical game -- of manipulating people’s sincere religious beliefs -- for crass political advantage.

The world is also watching George Walker Bush’s “abstinence only” sex education in Texas -- which Ceci Connally of the Washington Post reported a few weeks ago -- results in greater teenage pregnancy and greater teenage venereal disease -- than the rest of the country.

We must begin proper and complete -- age related sex education at a young age.

A hundred years ago many people got married at age 13, 14 or 15. We have gradually increased the education requirements for young people to be able to support themselves -- and in doing so -- we have greatly increased the psychological dissonance in young people’s minds.

This causes conflict in families -- and many young people become conflicted about their natural desires.

Young people begin puberty at about the same time as young people 100,000 years ago. The DNA that causes young people to begin puberty -- was the same DNA -- almost entirely -- as humans of 100,000 years ago. And until 100 years ago -- large numbers of people got married within a few years after puberty.

100,000 years ago -- if people did not have large numbers of babies from age 15 to 25 -- the human species would not have survived the harsh environment of Darwin’s Jungle. 80-or-90% of babies did not live long enough to reproduce themselves. The God of Natural Law -- through our DNA -- gave us a strong sex drive -- starting with puberty -- AND THAT IS WHY THE HUMAN SPECIES SURVIVED! We would not have survived otherwise!

Social pressures from parents, teachers, and preachers can influence some young people not to have sex -- and many more believe they shouldn’t -- and therefore do not properly plan to prevent pregnancy and disease -- but many go ahead and have sex anyway -- AND THAT IS EXACTLY THE REASON TEXAS AND ABSTINENCE ONLY -- HAVE GREATER RATES OF TEEN PREGNANCY AND DISEASE!

WE HAVE TO TAKE PROPER RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP OUR YOUNG PEOPLE -- IN THE DIFFICULT MODERN WORLD -- AND HYPOCRITICAL RIGHT WING REPUBLICAN POLITICS FAILS MISERABLY. IT IS JUST THAT SIMPLE.

I want to make the District of Columbia and also Puerto Rico new states. The District of Columbia is our own apartheid. They should have 2 U.S. Senators and a Representative or two.

About 10 or 15 years ago, I noticed an advertisement in the Economist (of London) about a 2-year bilingual MBA program in Barcelona, Spain. This is not the same way we think about bilingual education in the United States. This program is bilingual going both directions.

The program was run by the Harvard Business School, and a university in Barcelona, with 50% native English speakers and 50% native Spanish speakers.

During the first year everyone takes the business courses, conducted in their native language, and an intensive language course in their new language.

The MBA courses are the same, whether conducted in English or Spanish. First year English speakers and 2nd year native Spanish speakers sit in business classes conducted in English. And vice versa for Spanish speakers.

Look at the valuable cross-pollination. 1st-year Anglos learn business courses -- in English -- along with native Spanish speakers who have had one year of English -- AND -- who have already taken the business courses in Spanish.

Look at the benefit (the broad social benefit) of English speaking Americans learning Spanish. There is great potential for economic growth in Spanish America, and Anglos who speak Spanish can become valuable workers -- with corresponding salaries.

How could we adapt this for elementary school children? I think this kind of program might be very beneficial to young Spanish speakers -- and English speakers.

 -- I have personally been victimized by the covert US Government psychological warfare program against civilians. -- According to U.S. Senate testimony about 1987, the purpose of MK-ULTRA (and associated programs) is to determine “whether and how it is possible to modify a person's behavior by covert means”.

     The defining document of my psy-war story is my 42-page letter of October 4, 1983 (http://www.libt-social-dem.org/Libt z-pb01.htm) to Rep. Don Edwards, who was then the Chair of the US House Judiciary Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights. 

     In 1972 I began psychotherapy with in California with one of the original LSD researchers from the 1950's.  Years later, after I learned about MK-ULTRA -- I came to believe that everyone in this psychology group were spies -- except for myself -- and they were part of the MK-ULTRA program -- a previously secret, covert psychological warfare program.

    There was a strange death in this psychology group, and I later came to believe that this death was part of MK-ULTRA.  I consider it highly likely that this death was murder -- or perhaps faked.  (I told you this was a bizarre story!)

     I believe they which employ what I call “a deliberate double language” -- which has some kind of “ostensible” cover story -- but by the particular choice of words -- and deliberate “mis-speaks”-- delivers the “secondary real message” -- which is usually some kind of threat -- violence, drug arrest, etc.

     There is a book called “Acid Dreams” -- “The Complete Social History of LSD: The CIA, the Sixties, and Beyond”, by Martin A. Lee & Bruce Shlain (published by Grove Weidenfeld).

     Many people have heard years ago about CIA's testing of LSD on unsuspecting people.  This was part of MK-ULTRA.  On page xxiii the authors quote the director of MK-ULTRA as testifying to a US Senate Subcommittee, that one of the purposes of MK-ULTRA and associated programs was -- as I repeat:

     “... TO INVESTIGATE WHETHER AND HOW IT WAS POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN INDIVIDUAL'S BEHAVIOR BY COVERT MEANS.” 

This tells us up front -- that the U.S. Government has practiced -- and I believe continues to practice -- human psychiatric (medical) experimentation -- WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT.  People who conduct -- and force others to conduct -- human medical experimentation without informed consent -- are called Nazis.

     Very interestingly, Grove Publishing (my book was paperback) is owned by the family of some people I knew in California in this psychology group.  The Grove “family company” was a conglomerate -- and among other things -- besides book publishing -- they constructed missile sites in Saudi Arabia!

     I never had a clue about some kind of covert psychological warfare program going on -- but now I believe that to be true -- with absolute certainty.

     Also, quite interestingly, one of the group members told us when her brother was promoted to Admiral in the US Navy.  For some time, I lived in a commune in Santa Monica, California, with her daughter, the admiral's niece.

     I never thought about this very much, until -- I think it was in 1984 -- when the US Marine barracks in Lebanon was hit by a massive truck bomb that killed 100 or 200 persons or so.

     I was watching the news, and the Chief of Naval Operations -- the boss of the Navy and Marines -- Admiral James David Watkins -- came on the screen.  The Chief of Naval Operations -- who sits on the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

     I blinked my eyes a second and I thought: “That guy looks like Charlotte!”  And I remembered Charlotte once referred to her grandmother as “Mrs. Watkins".

    Later, I realized I knew her birthday, and where she was born.  I have a copy of her birth certificate -- same parents, same town, two years later -- as the future Chief of Naval Operations, and Secretary of Energy to U.S. President George Herbert Walker Bush.

     There is a large number of “good ole boys” from the Bible Belt -- with Texas' 19th Congressional District firmly included --  manning -- and perhaps “womanning” -- those nuclear attack submarines.  They needed to study which kinds of psychological procedures -- would in fact condition those people -- to turn the key -- and kill 20-million people.

     Do you remember the movie “War Games” -- in which an alarming percentage of those good ole boys, refused -- in fact -- turn that key?

     This is altogether a very complicated story.  I’ve been working on writing my autobiography.  In talking about this psychology group, I think I describe means, motive and opportunity!  I believe they committed evil crimes against me, and that these crimes have continued against me for many long and grievous years.

     Then the MK-ULTRA “Totalitarian Psychiatry State” followed me into strictly civilian employment INSIDE THE UNITED STATES. -- I made notes EVERY DAY AFTER WORK -- I FILED A LEGAL COMPLAINT AGAINST MY EMPLOYER -- and after that -- “my job” has been to have “conversations” with a psychiatrist about once a month.  Don’t worry -- this has not been a “free ride”.  These doctors have learned an extraordinary amount of valuable psychological insight from me.

     Democratic societies do not make and enforce secret law against civilians.  This has happened to me, personally, and it is grievously and horrifically wrong.  Humane societies -- do not conduct human medical experimentation without informed consent.  Human medical experimentation -- without informed consent -- is Nazi by definition.  This is not allowed on the Planet Earth!

     I worked in Saudi Arabia for 3½ years from 1979 to 1983.  I worked as a civilian for a US military contractor at a Saudi Air Force Base.  It was there that I became aware of the psychological project against me.  It wasn’t that I was so smart I “figured it out” -- they made it impossible to ignore -- and there, I also learned about the obvious involvement of US Government “officers, agents and cohorts” in the drug business.

     About 10 or 12 years ago, CBS News had a long story about a pilot who said he used to fly drugs -- after filing a flight plan -- into US Air Force Bases in Florida and Louisiana.  He said he was told where to park the plane, then he was given a jeep ride to the base entrance -- where he was given a nice bag of cash -- and a taxi was waiting.  GET A CLUE DEMOCRATS!!!

     There is one particular insight that I think is important.  We all know that a small number of Muslim countries amputate the hands of thieves, and execute adulterers.

     The Saudis claim their restrictions on forcing women to wear veils in public -- is to protect women.

     I never understood that at all, until very recently.  We all understand sincere religious commitment.  If you are a fundamentalist religious state -- whose religion sometimes calls for the execution of adulterers, then one of the ways to reduce capital crimes -- at least they imagine -- is to force women to wear veils in public -- to cover their pretty faces.

     I don’t agree with this at all -- of course.  I am opposed to the religious sanction of violence.  But if we try to understand, I think we can try to work in an ecumenical manner to help some of these countries enter -- what we would consider -- a more modern world.  Their women need to be able to work, quietly and carefully.

Charlotte Watkins -- the Admiral’s sister -- once said her Grandmother had been the first Lt. Governor of Wyoming Territory -- before women had the right to vote.  I was not able to confirm this, though I spent some time about 1995 in the Texas Tech University library (in Lubbock) perusing some history books about the U.S. West.

     I was struck by the fact that many women began -- towards the end of the 19th Century -- campaigning for women's suffrage -- AND ALCOHOL PROHIBITION -- at the same time:  "That lousy bum gets drunk and beats me -- and he won't even let me vote!  Right on modern woman.  Demand your rights!

     I think this political tactic came from Victoria's Satanic Regime -- from the enslaved and terrorized rich -- Victoria had nieces and nephews and grandchildren throughout the ruling houses of Europe -- who had close business connections with all the rich people.  They started at the top and circled down -- seduce, bribe, threaten, kill.  It's really pretty simple. 

     I support women's suffrage of course.  I am a firm supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment.  Victoria gave us equal rights of course.  Before we had 1-man, 1-vote; 1-woman, 0-vote.  Afterwards we had "equal rights"!  Then we had 1-man, 0-vote; 1-woman, 0-vote!

     Every cop, every politician, every judge started taking Mafia alcohol money.  After they had established their secret dictatorship, they abolished alcohol prohibition -- and immediately began enforcing drug prohibition -- USING THE SAME CORRUPT FASCIST BUREAUCRATS -- THAT ENFORCED ALCOHOL PROHIBITION!

     I wonder if Charlotte sent me on a "snipe hunt" for her grandmother -- for me to learn about the history of the 18th and 19th Amendments.  The spy-world can become real weird once you start believing in conspiracy theories!

     There is also "The Politics of Heroin in Southeast Asia" by Alfred W. McCoy.  He discusses how the French used opium as a moneymaker -- and for political control of their empire in Southeast Asia -- and we all remember the Opium Wars that Britain used against the Chinese -- so their imperial regime could sell opium to the Chinese.

     McCoy also discusses how the United States became concerned about 1947 or 1948 -- that a communist-led dock strike in Marseille might lead to a communist takeover of France.  The CIA contracted with Sicilian Mafia to beat up the strikers -- and break the strike.

     Various Mafia people got deportation orders cancelled, etc.  I believe the CIA invented the infamous "French Connection".  It was only a few years later that heroin started hitting Harlem, big time.  Mafia social control of the restless natives!  Thank you Victoria!

     Get a clue folks.  Is the New York Times ready to start printing all the news -- all the truth -- a democratic people need to know?  Get with it news media.  If the people don't know the truth, there is no democracy!

     Victoria was born in 1819 and was queen from 1837 until she died in 1901.  I think her ancestors grieved the "loss of the colonies" while she was growing up with her "Divine Right" -- and with McCoy's contribution -- I think they "dreamed it up"!

     I found the McCoy book in Pattaya Beach Thailand -- and also in retrospect -- I wonder if my CIA friends (DIA I would imagine) arranged for this book to be in a bookstore very near where -- a bunch of the guys -- used to go for R&R -- two stores from the hotel.

     I was never in the military, and while I had a secret security clearance for a while (not top secret) -- I NEVER had responsibility for even one tiny bit of officially secret information.  (I only had the secret clearance because as a mainframe systems programmer I could -- possibly -- hack into secret files.  I certainly never tried to do anything like that!)

     I think the entirety of drug prohibition is a trap.  Especially in a place like Saudi Arabia.  If you can "be cool" and keep secrets about drugs -- you can be a good spy -- and keep military secrets.

     I feel quite certain that these laws are used EXACTLY to enslave people into being spies.  In this theory, I was protected from this -- being forced to become a spy -- because of the previous death in the psychology group.

     I'm just trying to give you a clue or two about why I am so committed to this campaign and the exposure of MK-ULTRA.  I ran against Rep. Combest in 1996, because when the Republicans took over Congress in 1994, he became Chair of the House Intelligence Committee.

     I met him briefly in 1996, and he told me he had been looking at my web site.  This is discussed in www.leticia.org.  Leticia is a small tourist town in Colombia on the Amazon River -- which I really like -- except for the war crimes that were committed against me there -- and that's why I bought that web name.

     I lived there for perhaps 8 or 10 months.  It was also John Gotti's favorite town.  He was already in prison when I was there.

     A very difficult part of my Victoria theory has the British Foreign Office et al "invented" Hitler and Stalin so that the two most important "competitors" of the Anglo Dictatorship would be so weakened they would lose out in the struggle to control the planet.

     Also in my historical reading, I learned that the British Foreign Office was searching for several hundred years for "a reliable ally" in the Middle East -- at the crossroads of three continents.

     I think this is why we are about to go to war against Saddam Hussein -- in a racist war of imperial aggression.

     One of my best friends from college is now a medical doctor.  He told me flat out, "Mossad's going to be on your ass until you stop talking about Hitler."  This is my friend.  He is not my doctor.  He is not supposed to play psychology games with me.  He is telling me that he knows.

In November 1999 I was living in Richmond, Virginia.  A number of incidents occurred which I believed to be deliberate threats, and I wrote a letter to the police chief detailing these threats -- including a 350-page report of my then current contents on www.libt-social-dem.org.  On a Friday afternoon, some police officers came to visit me in my home, and took me -- without warning -- to involuntary psychiatric lockup.  Since it was a Friday, a judge was not available until the following Monday.  They did let me go on Monday, but only after some threats.

When I got there the phones didn't work, and I couldn't call my doctor or my lawyer.  I did get through to my doctor the next day -- only because I could remember my telephone credit card number.

One orderly -- an employee of the state -- asked me what I had done to get there.  I said, "I wrote a letter to the police chief."  He said, "Don't write any more letters."  And a few hours later another orderly said to me, "Ben Franklin is dead."  Like, "Get a clue, pal!"

I was peaceably petitioning the government for redress of a grievance.  Has anyone read the 1st Amendment lately?  "Congress shall make no law respecting ... the right of the people (peaceably to assemble and) to petition the government for a redress of grievances."  I didn't even assemble.  I wrote a d*mn letter!  I made no threats or anything else.

Involuntary psychiatric commitment is a vicious weapon used by the Totalitarian Psychiatry State.  Because of this, it is not permitted on the Planet Earth. 

I have never committed or threatened an illegal assault against anyone in my life, but nevertheless, the State of Texas can lock me up and force feed me zombie pills, and God knows what else -- for as long as they can keep me alive -- without my having broken the law.  All you have to do is commit free speech and democracy!

The same day I will introduce legislation to impeach the Magnificent Seven!  The Gang of Five who installed George the Son, and Dick the Holy Ghost!  This same Gang of Five recently allowed the State of Kansas to force written confessions -- from convicted sex offenders -- who have consistently denied committing the crimes they were convicted of -- with no provision to shield these confessions from prosecutors or even from judges in ongoing appeals!

What's the message news media?  If you call it "therapy" the government doesn't have to obey the U.S. Constitution?  Has anyone read the 5th Amendment lately?  "No person ... shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself ..."

     I believe the "deliberate double language" (and other deliberate "double messages") set up a dissonance -- cognitive dissonance -- believing two contradictory things at the same time.  This, through deliberate "mis-speaks", or choice of words, etc. In the spy-world -- you never know!

     Was this a very simple social interaction -- or a vicious psy-war attack?  Cognitive dissonance CAUSES anger, fear, anxiety, rage.

     I've been greatly influenced by Robert Wright's The Moral Animal -- The New Science of Evolutionary Psychology.  He says ALL our emotional capacities come from our DNA -- and are subject to natural selection.

     Modern human's DNA is almost exactly the same as the DNA of humans in "Darwin's Jungle" 100,000 or 200,000 years ago.  Evolution takes place at an exceedingly slow pace -- depending on random genetic changes -- which cause "evolution" ONLY if this change is so important that it significantly increases an individual's chance of "winning" -- the competition for survival and reproduction -- so that the "loser DNA" doesn't get passed on to the next generation.

     Wright discusses as some great length, his theory that modern human society is so significantly different from "Darwin's Jungle" (my term, not his) -- that this difference -- the enormous and complicated social stresses that we are subject to -- CAUSES a psychological dissonance -- THAT WE ARE NOT "GENETICALLY" EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH -- BECAUSE OUR DNA -- OUR PSYCHOLOGICAL DNA -- DEVELOPED AT AN INCREDIBLY SLOW PACE -- AND SUITED US TO SURVIVAL "IN THE JUNGLE".

     I believe this cognitive dissonance "problem" results from our "caveman" ancestors' need to be ever watchful in a very dangerous environment.

     For instance, if he (or she) is "out and about" searching for food, and hears something that sounds like a snapping twig -- they don't know if it is a tiger looking for lunch -- or something less dangerous.

     This is a "quick and dirty" brain process that must take place.  The snapping twig is interpreted as "a dissonance".  It sets up the "fight or flight" syndrome -- and gets the "action chemicals" -- adrenaline and such going immediately.  This must take place -- psychologically -- very quickly.  If they take time to try "to analyze" intellectually -- they may become tiger lunch.

     If our ancestor's "response time" was 1/2 second instead of 1/4 second (as an example) -- he was "tiger lunch" and his "slow brain response to cognitive dissonance" genes -- didn't make it to the next generation.

     You and I have this 1/4 second response time -- because that was fast enough for our ancestors -- so they could survive -- and our DNA is almost identical to theirs.  This fight or flight response has developed evolutionarily over hundreds of millions of years -- with the lower mammals -- and the lower "pre-mammals".

     MK-ULTRA knows how to evoke that fight or flight "cognitive dissonance" response -- artificially -- with its deliberate double language -- and its huge repertoire of psy-war assaults.

     They use my survival emotions AGAINST ME in a vicious and cruel manner.  This kind of psy-war assault causes an automatic defense mechanism.  I feel "flush" like blood rushing to my head.  I'm sure there is an adrenaline and "blood sugar" surge.

     Then usually within a few seconds, the process "falls or reverses", and the blood sugar drops precipitously -- and I'm left with no defense -- and it causes real pain -- pain from the physical process in my brain -- and a kind of helplessness or hopelessness -- that I am unable to protect myself politically -- from this social assault.

     The people directing their "slaves" to enact this kind of assault understand this exactly.  They are Nazis and they must be defeated.

You may remember the Harrison Ford movie: Clear and Present Danger. This movie has the National Security Adviser to the President of the United States making a deal with a Colombian drug lord.

I talked with a friend about this movie once, and he said, “That really is a hard hitting movie!” I said, “The reality is quite a lot worse than that movie! I know.”

The North American Mafia and the International Drug Mafia are secret agencies of the United States Government.

Get a clue folks. We defeated Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Tojo and Brezhnev -- and we can’t defeat a bunch of cowboys flying airplanes? -- some of whom file flight plans and land at U.S. Air Force Bases in the southern United States -- where the pilot is told where to park the plane, and is then given a bag of cash and driven to the base entrance -- where a taxi is waiting. CBS had that story 10 or 12 years ago.

After I left Saudi Arabia, I began writing my political protest letters, claiming I was the victim of CIA drug entrapment, and an extraordinary psychological warfare project.

This begins with my 42-page letter of October 4, 1983 to Rep. Don Edwards, then the Chair of the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights.

In 1984 I began working for a strictly civilian company in the Washington, DC area, and I soon became convinced this psychological warfare program continued against me.

I went home every day and made notes. After about a year and a half, I tried to sue my employer -- but this wasn’t successful and I was given psychiatric disability in 1987.

Since 1987 I have received Social Security and a monthly payment from my employer’s private Long Term Disability insurance policy. My job is to visit a psychiatrist about once a month.

Since 1997 I have been living in Colombia. I went there because it is legal to use marijuana there -- small amounts for personal use. I made this choice to try to salvage a bit of personal dignity in the face of this grievous psychological warfare program that is practiced against me.

I grieve for the killing of Colombians in their civil war of 37-years now. They have left-wing rebels and right-wing rebels -- all of whom have huge amounts of cash for military weapons because they run drugs.

Mostly the war is fought in the small towns. One group goes in and seizes the town -- and kills the enemy’s supporters -- then a few months later the other group comes in and seizes the town -- and kill’s their enemies supporters.

These people’s blood is on our hands because of the fascist sanctimony of our drug prohibition laws. I am firmly convinced that the U.S. Government has been in the grips of a secret fascist dictatorship since alcohol prohibition.

     Well, that's a bit of my story.  You have to read a lot of complicated stuff even to understand what I'm talking about.  I try to be very careful to report "simple facts" and differentiate that -- from "what I think about it."

Dear Mr. President:

I’m writing today about several matters of grievous importance, regarding the sovereignty of the Democratic Constitutional Republic of Colombia, and the sovereignty of the Democratic Constitutional Republic of the United States of America.

I am convinced that the governments of both our countries are in the grips of a world-wide secret fascist dictatorship -- that seized power in the United States with alcohol prohibition -- (about 1920-1933).

In the United States, during this time, almost every police officer, almost every judge, almost every prosecutor, almost every person in legal authority throughout the entire country started taking Mafia alcohol money.

I believe the sincere religious feelings of the conservative Protestants in the United States was manipulated by an evil secret conspiracy -- to enact these prohibition laws.

Alcohol prohibition was repealed in the U.S. in 1933 I believe, and the same corrupt bureaucrats that previously administered alcohol prohibition were put in charge of the drug prohibition bureaucracy.

I believe the treasonous secret government uses the drug laws to entrap and blackmail otherwise innocent civilians -- not with the idea of arresting anyone -- but with the idea of enslaving the “entrapee” and their families.

I believe this had happened to me and to my family -- before I ever went to Colombia. I’ve been living in Colombia -- part-time since December 1996. I have a residency visa, and I had been living in Bogotá until December 2002, when I returned to Lubbock, Texas to become a candidate for U.S. Congress in a special election.

I went to your country because of your support of individual rights. People there cannot be entrapped into an evil fascist social system because of using marijuana -- because your privacy rights for individuals protect personal use.

I was also very pleased to learn that involuntary psychiatric confinement is not permitted in Colombia. Colombia respects human rights so much, that the government is not allowed to lock you up -- UNLESS YOU BREAK THE LAW!

The evil conspiracy in the United States is threatening me with a life-time of zombie pills and God knows what else -- FOR NOT BREAKING THE LAW! We call ourselves: “The land of the free!” -- BUT THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A BUNCH OF ****-**** PROPAGANDA!

The State of Texas can hold me in involuntary psychiatric confinement -- until I can “convince” them I am “cured”! I am being threatened with this now -- because I am a candidate for the U.S. Congress in a special election to be held May 3, 2003.

I am taking a grievous personal risk -- coming to the United States to run this campaign for U.S. Congress -- because -- I believe I am more likely than anyone else I can imagine -- to be able to raise a voice against the evil secret dictatorship.

During alcohol prohibition 99% of the politicians in the country were taking Mafia money, and after alcohol prohibition was repealed, the secret conspiracy remained operative -- IN THE SHADOWS -- to the public’s mind -- the corruption problem was solved -- but they just bided their time for their ongoing dictatorial political goals!

Many people of course, sincerely supported alcohol prohibition, as many people sincerely support drug prohibition today. The problem is -- the government does not WANT to stop the drug traffic.

They want drug prohibition AND DRUG TRAFFICKING in order to maintain their secret dictatorship. I believe Queen Victoria’s people planned alcohol prohibition -- and women’s suffrage (the right to vote) in the United States -- concurrently -- in order to have large numbers of women -- modern, progressive women of the day -- as “campaign workers” -- lobbying state and federal office holders for BOTH women’s suffrage and alcohol prohibition.

“That lousy bum gets drunk and beats me -- and he won’t even let me vote!” I am a strong supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment in the United States -- but we must be wary of “political judo”.

Before it was 1-man, 1-vote -- 1-woman, 0-vote. Victoria gave us equal rights. Victoria gave us 1-man, 0-vote -- 1-woman, 0-vote. Now we all must bow before the “Divine Right” of Victoria’s Satanic Regime! Hitler’s Holocaust against the Jewish people -- was in the service of Victoria’s Satanic Regime.

The alliance of right-wing Christian Protestant Fundamentalists with the New Republican Party -- is in the service of Victoria’s Satanic Regime!

The U.S. is about to embark on a great war of imperial aggression against the Muslim Nation. I believe the aftermath of the attack against Iraq will foreclose any possibility of peace in Israel-Palestine -- and we will have continued “annex and expel” policies from Israel against the Palestinians -- and we will have continued suicidal Intifada -- from the Palestinians against the Israeli people -- for 50 to 100 years.

I believe the Evil Triangle of the U.S., Britain, and Israel -- the focus of evil in the modern world -- WANTS continued -- low level warfare -- for the next 50 to 100 years -- to seize political and geographic control of the Middle East -- at the crossroads of three continents.

THEY WANT THE KILLING TO CONTINUE SO THEY CAN JUSTIFY THEIR GRIEVOUS ASSAULT ON CIVIL LIBERTIES. IT IS THE TOTALITARIAN PSYCHIATRY STATE!

I believe George W. Bush’s racist war of imperial aggression against the Muslim Nation was begun -- along with alcohol prohibition -- in a plan of many, many years by Queen Victoria -- even before she died!

This takes long-term political commitment. When alcohol prohibition was repealed -- THEY STARTED HITLER’S HOLOCAUST!!! At first it was the Brown Shirts. Then Hitler’s (Victoria’s) henchmen started rewarding officers with property stolen from Jewish homes -- after they had forced the people out. It was only after 1939 that the borders were closed and the real killing began.

As The Conspiracy widens itself -- it becomes more and more difficult to maintain totalitarian control. After alcohol prohibition, the United States began planning -- and advancing -- World War II. President Franklin D. Roosevelt deliberately denied Japan access to oil, and I think this was done to cause Japan to attack the United States.

Even the conservative, protestant evangelical religious leader Pat Robertson, says in his book “The New World Order” that he believes Communism was a fake -- that there was a secret conspiracy ABOVE the Bolsheviks that was pulling the strings.

I disagree with the Reverend Robertson about many matters -- but I am impressed with the fact that his father was a United States Senator. He may know what he is talking about!

For myself, I believe that alcohol and drug prohibition were planned as part of that conspiracy. I believe that the 75-years of “reported” struggle between KGB and CIA-Mafia was merely asking people whether they wanted to support a left-wing fascist dictatorship -- or a right-wing fascist dictatorship.

I believe that both sides -- including all the minor players -- Mossad and MI-6 and the spy agencies of all the less powerful countries -- were themselves manipulated for the benefit of what I call: “The Third Level of The Conspiracy”!

One of my best friends from college is now a medical doctor. He told me directly, “Mossad’s going to be on your *ss until you stop talking about Hitler.”

Another time on the phone I said, “I must have protection!” He said, “Why do you say that, because you’re not dead?” I said, “Yeah, that’s it.”

Mossad, of course has privileged status. We must include them at the top. Note very carefully, that I do not say the Jewish people are at the top. Their grievous suffering CONTINUES TO THIS DAY!!! And I blame Queen Victoria!

I believe Queen Victoria’s people INVENTED Hitler and Hitler’s Holocaust -- not “to drive the Jews out of Europe” -- but so they would go to Israel -- where they would be dedicated and fanatical fighters.

Left-wing rebels and right-wing rebels compete for territory -- to control the drug traffic. Colombia must legalize drugs under a Medical Experiment Model. The Colombian government simply verifies purity -- and collects a very small handling tax. Otherwise, let the business people export to whoever wants to buy -- exporters don’t have to specify their name. That’s all.

Your people are dying in the service of Victoria’s Satanic Regime! Invite a million Chinese freedom workers to protect you as you restore your country’s sovereignty! I’m writing letters to the Presidents of China and Russia at this same time.

In a few pages I discuss a significant contribution by Alfred W. McCoy -- his book called “The Politics of Heroin in Southeast Asia. This is about the French in IndoChina, and also what seems to be the beginning of the infamous “French Connection” -- funneling heroin through Marseille to New York.

The first Opium War (1839–42) was between China and Britain, and the second Opium War (1856–60), also known as the “Arrow” War, or the Anglo-French War in China, was fought by Britain and France against China.

Victoria took office in 1837. The opium wars were fought under her rule. I know the Chinese are against the drug traffic, but with their help, we can cancel the great political power that flows from hypocritical prohibition.

That is the important key. I think the Chinese would like to destroy Victoria’s Satanic Rule -- THAT AFFLICTS YOUR COUNTRY -- GRIEVOUSLY -- TODAY!

I’m sure you are aware, that the Chinese greatly resist hypocritical gringo lectures on human rights. They might even have independent knowledge of what CIA-Mossad-MI-6 are doing to me.

Together, we just might be able to bring them down! We just might be able to restore peace and independence to Colombia!

If the United States interferes with this non-hostile military rescue mission -- China takes Taiwan! If Boy George (remember the gay punk singer!) wants to play chicken -- it could be trouble.

If the United States conducts some kind of severe strategic retaliation against China -- President Putin must retaliate with a similar kind of strategic retaliation against the United States. I think President Putin would like to avenge 30-million dead Russians. Is he able to do so?

I took my “anti-spy” papers in person to the Soviet Embassy in Washington, DC in 1987 -- and again in 1989. I think I am a player -- and I don’t think they can stand me down. I have very excellent protection, or I would have been dead quite along time ago. I only worry, as I recently told my mother, “I don’t know when my protection runs out.”

Who do you think is the better friend to the Jewish people? Myself -- or Mossad -- which orders Nazi crimes against me? I want to offer the Jewish people refuge -- in America -- and where they are living now. Mossad is part of the Evil Triangle -- with the CIA and MI-6 -- which wants to advance European Christian Imperialism -- over the dead bodies of Israelis, Palestinians and Colombians!

Russia and South America join the European free trade group -- the European Community -- and use the euro as their currency. ARAMCO (the gringo oil company in Saudi Arabia) goes bust, Russia protects Saudi Arabia, and OPEC demands euros for oil. Just like that.

George, the Boy Emperor, gets to deal with his huge government debt -- the same way he forces the American nation -- south of the Rio Bravo -- to deal with theirs. The dollar has devalued sharply against the euro in the past year -- and at some point the USD-$1-billion per day (in euros) that Europeans and others transfer to the United States -- in order to buy dollars to buy U.S. Government debt -- dries up.

The dollar devalues severely -- and gringos get to buy euros -- to buy oil. How many dollars does a euro cost? And how many euros does it take to buy a barrel of oil? These are my enemies. These are the ones who betrayed my birthright -- the Democratic Constitution of the United States of America. I believe they are also your enemies.

On this subject -- I believe the deflationary policies that the IMF and the World Bank force on your country -- is part of a deliberate strategy to impoverish your people -- and make Latin America’s natural resources available -- to gringos and Israelis -- at low cost.

I have come to believe that South America was promised ahead of time -- BEFORE HITLER CAME TO POWER -- as a payoff to Mossad -- for the suffering the Jewish people have suffered. There are some special reasons -- why I believe this.

I lived for a time in Leticia, Amazonas and also in Iquitos, Amazonas, Peru. These towns are on the Amazon River “tourist route”, and I met many European tourists there.

I think this was another instance, where people “gave me hints” -- as I imagine. There had been a number of “hints” about Israel and Mossad. One European tourist said, “Hebrew is the second language on the back-packing trails.”

This didn’t really mean anything to me at the time, but later I started thinking that South America would be a good escape route -- if Israel finally fails. And I support this FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE!

But I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS for Mossad’s grievous program of fascist dictatorships. There is more speculation about this matter on www.leticia.org.

I established that web site in 1998 -- because of the many social-psy-war attacks that I had been suffering. In the summer of 1998, I took some of those reports to DAS (Colombian Internal Security) in Leticia, and I told them about www.libt-social-dem.org.

Within a few months, the U.S. Government announced a huge increase of funds to Colombia. I think it went from USD-$100-200-million per year to more than $1-billion per year.

I was mainly concerned about the psy-war activities against me, but in giving DAS www.libt-social-dem.org, I also gave them a “plausible explanation” of the world-wide secret dictatorship that uses drug prohibition only to entrap otherwise innocent people -- AND WHICH CAUSES YOUR GRIEVOUS CIVIL WAR.

There is one other “clue” that I think is important. One of my friends in Leticia that helped me find marijuana once said something very strange. I had told him I had met Colombian Senator Enrique Gomez Hurtado who was sympathetic toward the idea of drug legalization.

Once I saw a report in El Tiempo about the candidates in an upcoming election. Most people probably don’t know that Colombian Senators have a “running mate” who is a candidate for the lower house of the Colombia Camara -- I believe it is called.

Senator Gomez’s running mate had a German name. My friend said, “I don’t like him.” I asked why, and he said, because of the German name. I asked why again, and he didn’t answer. I think that was a clue -- that he was told to let me know Mossad could hurt me.

I don’t blame my friend of course, but I think that was another deliberate threat. In delivering that threat -- Mossad was also betraying itself. Of course, they are arrogant enough to imagine no one can bring them down. And they may be right -- but the Jewish people of Israel might be able to bring them down. That may be our only hope!

Unfortunately, I am convinced that Israeli-Mossad wants South America -- and Palestine -- and Jordan -- and Iraq -- and the oil fields in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia!

Here’s how it works. First, the United States attacks Iraq. Then, Iraq attacks Israel with biological and chemical weapons. Then, the Israeli Army strikes out east across Jordan. And they never leave Jordan.

I urge Colombia in the strongest possible terms -- to vote against the war against Iraq in the U.N. Security Council -- of which I believe you are a member at this time.

If you cannot resist Yankee Imperialism -- make them transfer USD-$100-billion of U.S. Treasury Bonds to the Colombian Government -- to be used “in the spirit” of Catholic Social Services -- Pastorales Sociales -- to rebuild your torn economy.

The CIA and the Secretary of the Treasury and the Chair (Jefe) of the U.S. Federal Reserve and a few leaders in the U.S. Congress -- can do this “tomorrow afternoon” -- once they understand that they must.

Very quickly, you must diversify these U.S. Governments on the world financial markets. That is your best protection against duplicitous thievery the U.S. Government might try to accomplish.

Once Israel seizes Jordan -- that country becomes a temporary “holding area” where Israel’s fascist power “pushes” the Palestinians. As the war widens -- as the Bedouin began launching guerrilla attacks against the Israeli occupiers -- Israel follows them to their refuge in Saudi Arabia. Jackpot! Oil! Oil! Oil! Oil! Oil! Oil! Oil! Oil! Oil! Oil!

The Bedouin are the people who supported Lawrence of Arabia when Victoria’s Satanic Regime wanted to take the Middle East from the Ottoman’s. The Bedouin were loyal to the then Hashemite King of Saudi Arabia -- the father of King Hussein of Jordan who died of cancer a few years ago. (I’ve also seen this family called the “Rashids”).

About half of the Bedouin traveled to Jordan and a large force stayed behind in Saudi Arabia -- where they now form the power basis for the effective ruler -- Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz.

If Dub the Shrub and Crown Prince Arik the Catastrophe do it just right -- they can drive the Bedouin into an alliance with al Qaeda! (The President of the United States and the Prime Minister of Israel.) They are welcome to toast Victoria’s Satanic Rule with Tony Phony Baloney and Citizen Elizabeth II!

The Bedouin may feel that their World War I alliance with “Lawrence of Arabia” has been betrayed.

Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’. Though the debt is swollen. Keep them dollars rollin’. Rawhiiiiiiiiiiiide! How many dollars does it take to buy a euro? How many euros does a barrel of oil cost?

The Bedouin are famed desert fighters, and they protected King Hussein from a Palestinian revolt about 1971 or so. They defeated the PLO -- the Palestine Liberation Organization.

If you remember, it was the British and their “Balfour Declaration” (Nov. 2, 1917) that promised a Jewish Homeland in Palestine. The British General Allenby was the wartime conqueror of Palestine, and the Balfour Declaration was approved by the League of Nations on July 24, 1922.

In May 1939 the British government altered its policy in a white paper recommending a limit of 75,000 further immigrants and an end to immigration by 1944. THIS HELPED TIGHTEN THE TRAP AROUND EUROPEAN JEWS -- A FEW MONTHS BEFORE HITLER CLOSED THE BORDERS!!!

I think the Jewish people of Israel may seize their government of European Christian Imperialism one of these days -- and I wouldn’t want to be on the wrong side of people who start to realize why so many family members were brutally murdered -- many in grievous medical experiments against civilians.

In 1921, a man named H. St.John Philby succeeded T.E. Lawrence as chief British representative in TransJordan. He had met Abdul-Aziz (al Saud) in 1917, and I think he had been in Iraq before that, but I’m not sure. He had joined the Indian Civil Service in 1907.

According to the Washington Post -- Sunday, August 11, 2002; Page B01 -- “In 1745, the religious leader Mohammad Ibn Abdul Wahab forged an alliance with Mohammad Ibn Saud, the principal tribal leader of a large portion of the Arabian Peninsula.”

The Hashemites (or more specifically, the Rashid “branch” of the Hashemites -- the Prophet Mohammed’s tribe) had been fighting this alliance since it was formed -- and power had traded several times over the past several hundred years. The area of conflict was mostly what is now Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Iraq.

The English language press in Saudi Arabia uses the term “bin” which means “son of”. I presume “ibn” is someone’s alternate spelling. In 1745, a man named “Mohammed” had a father named “Saud”.

The founder of modern Saudi Arabia -- about 1920 -- was Abdul-Aziz bin Rahmann -- of the “al Saud” family. (If I remember correctly his father was named “Rahmann”). He is sometimes called “ibn Saud” in the western press -- which I think is incorrect. They assume “ibn Saud” is his last name -- his apellido.

The British Foreign Office had been searching for a reliable military ally in the Middle East -- at the crossroads of three continents -- for several hundred years. They would make alliances, then one group of Arabs would attack another -- and old alliances fell apart.

The British didn’t like that -- they wanted totalitarian control of the entire planet -- and there was disagreement in the British Foreign Office about who to support. Some wanted to support the Hashemites, and St.John Philby wanted to support Abdul-Aziz.

Abdul-Aziz had been in exile in southern Kuwait during this time, and he led a raid against Riyadh (the capital of Arabia) with about 30-40 brothers and cousins in 1902 and there was fighting for about 20 years or so.

During this time (and maybe for a time afterward) Abdul-Aziz went around the peninsula conquering tribes -- and whenever he conquered a tribe -- he married the oldest daughter of the previous ruler. The sons from those marriages became the new chiefs and mayors!

Victoria was born in 1819, became Queen in 1837, and died in 1901. I think she grew up in a palace that was deeply grieved at the loss of “The Colonies” (in America). I think they set about making a master plan to take back The Colonies -- and then -- use that power to rule the world. That is why Palestinians and Israeli Jews suffer and die, and that is why Colombians suffer and die.

There is another very important clue in this from Alfred W. McCoy, who wrote the book called, “The Politics of Heroin in Southeast Asia”. We all know that the British conducted the “Opium War” against China -- so they could sell opium to the Chinese. McCoy discusses a similar circumstance in VietNam, Laos, and Cambodia (Kampuchia).

The French Colonialists sometimes made opium legal and sometimes illegal, but always available from the colonial regime. The opium trade helped finance the colonial regime -- and additionally -- importantly I think -- it was used for social control.

The young and ambitious rebels against the French could sometimes be directed towards opium to soothe their emotions -- and if the French thought they needed to -- they would make opium illegal -- and arrest any troublemakers.

Another important story in this book discusses a communist led dock worker strike in Marseille a few years after World War II. France was of course trying to recover from the war, and the U.S. Government was afraid that if the strike succeeded, the whole of France might go communist.

This book is well documented with perhaps 1000 references -- to Le Monde, the New York Times, the U.S. Senate (Kefaufer Crime Hearings) -- and many others.

It is pretty much an accepted historical truth that World War I was deliberately planned. I think Hitler and Stalin -- were also deliberately planned. We grieve for the 6-million Jews who were murdered in Hitler’s Holocaust.

If the Rev. Robertson is right that “communism was a fake” -- we can imagine that the Russian Revolution was planned -- so that “Uncle Joe” Stalin would brutally enforce a totalitarian dictatorship -- that could defeat the Hitler -- that Victoria’s Satanic Regime planned along with alcohol and drug prohibition. We must also grieve for the 30-million Russians who also died -- to establish Israel.

I claim I am the best friend the Jewish people have on the Planet Earth! I am the enemy of the vicious totalitarian dictatorship that wants to subject the Jewish people to another 50 or 100 years of suicidal Intifada.

I am the enemy of the same vicious totalitarian dictatorship that wants to subject the Colombian people to another 50 or 100 years of brutal civil war -- so the drug prohibition can continue to be of blackmail value to Victoria’s Satanic Regime.

This is why Colombia must legalize drugs under a Medical Experiment Model. Dry up their money and your civil war stops. You can’t lecture the United States about stopping drug consumption. They want drug consumption -- to continue their blackmail scheme. Your people will die until you legalize drugs.

My Representative in the U.S. Congress is Larry Combest, who is retiring effective May 31, 2003. When I learned of his planned retirement, I felt a strong responsibility to return to Texas to be a candidate for this office.

I had previously been a candidate against Rep. Combest in the 1996 election. I made this race at that time because, after the 1994 Republican takeover of the U.S. Congress, Rep. Combest became Chairman of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee.

I claim that the U.S. C.I.A. (Central Intelligence Agency) is an illegal organization -- that facilitates and protects drug trafficking and advances psy-war projects -- psychological warfare projects -- against civilians -- like myself.

As Chair of the Intelligence Committee -- Rep. Combest had the responsibility to insure that the Intelligence agencies of the United States Government obey the law and the Constitution.

I deemed that he had failed miserably in this critically important task -- and that is why I challenged him in 1996 -- and why I am now a candidate for his office when he retires.

This is my 42-page letter of October 4, 1983 to Rep. Don Edwards, then the Chair of the U.S. House “Judiciary Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights”. This letter begins on its first page with a description of what I call “the deliberate double language.”

And I quote: “The basic components of this (alleged) project are my interactions with these and other persons and my belief that they employ a purposeful “double language” both in conversations with me and within my hearing which are ostensibly about one thing, but have a second meaning of psychological importance to me -- in areas in which I am guilty, weak, uncertain or fearful.”

I claim this deliberate double-language assault is done for psychological effect -- and that the real message -- the “underlying 2nd message” -- usually implies some kind of threat -- of violence or a drug arrest -- or perhaps whether or not your spouse if faithful -- or something.

Whatever it is that is important to you -- the psy-war project will take it as its own -- and use it against you.

I became aware of this psy-war technique starting in 1982 when I was employed -- as a civilian -- as a mainframe “computer systems programmer” for Northrop Corp. (a U.S. airplane builder) -- at the King Abdul-Aziz Air Force Base at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

I was there from 1979 to 1983, and for a few months at the beginning I had a “secret” security clearance from the U.S. Dept. of Defense (DOD), but shortly after I arrived, the decision was made that most of the Northrop employees didn’t need a security clearance -- and my clearance was deactivated.

I had had a secret security clearance once before at another job in California, but this was only because as a systems programmer -- someone might be able to hack into a secret database. I have never in my life -- had responsibility for any classified (secret) information.

I believe this deliberate double language and other deliberate “double messages” CAUSE a cognitive dissonance in the subject -- in the victim -- believing two contradictory things at the same time. This occurs because of deliberate “mis-speaks”, or choice of words, etc. Their duplicity knows no bounds.

Scientists tell us that cognitive dissonance causes the subject -- myself and others -- to become confused angry, fearful, and enraged. This is all very important in the spy game -- to trick your opponent -- to get some “identifying” reaction.

If you get nervous and scratch your nose at the wrong time -- you betray yourself to your opponent as a spy -- and maybe that makes you dead -- but I’m supposed to be a civilian. This is all very important in the spy game -- but I don’t think people want to live like that!

I am a civilian. I went to great effort to remain a civilian in face of the VietNam War draft. I am a civilian! I am a civilian! I am a civilian!

One of the first instances of this that I became aware of in the Saudi Air Force Base -- was a time I was walking down a “corridor” and two Northrop guys walked by me -- coming the other direction.

They were talking about going to see a movie -- or something -- but it seemed strange -- by their choice of words, or inflection or something -- it seemed dissonant to me. It seemed personal.

Then 20-seconds later, two other guys walked by talking about going bowling -- but the “secondary message” of the second conversation -- advanced the personally significant “secondary message” of the first conversation.

If you complain, they say, “That guy’s crazy -- we were talking about going bowling. Plausible deniability.

I was very happy to hear a few years ago that Pope John Paul II (Juan Pablo) stated, “Evolution is more than a theory”.

There has been new significant research that

claims that our human DNA determines the emotions -- the psychologies -- of which we are capable. There is no serious scientific disagreement about that.

I have been greatly influenced by the book “The Moral Animal: The New Science of Evolutionary Psychology” by Robert Wright -- who also writes for www.slate.com on the Internet.

Please note the phrase: “of which we are capable”. Anger, fear, jealousy, rage, love, spirituality, compassion, amusement etc., are human emotions because our DNA “manufactures us” with the capabilities for these emotions.

Of course, the sum total of our social interactions, most importantly those of a very young child, have great importance to determine how each individual employs those basic emotions in our lifetime of social relations -- social interactions.

Many of our basic emotions and psychological reactions are essentially autonomous.

I believe this psychological warfare campaign that I have suffered makes a fundamental -- and grievously dishonest -- assault on our psychological characteristics that helped us survive the extraordinarily harsh environment of 100,000 years ago (or perhaps 200,000 years ago) when we first became “genetic humans”.

I’m going to repeat some of this now. I am discussing the “deliberate double-language”.

Was this a very simple social interaction -- or a vicious psy-war attack? Cognitive dissonance CAUSES anger, fear, anxiety, rage.

I’ve been greatly influenced by Robert Wright’s The Moral Animal -- The New Science of Evolutionary Psychology. He says ALL our emotional capacities come from our DNA -- and are subject to natural selection.

Modern human’s DNA is almost exactly the same as the DNA of humans in “Darwin’s Jungle” 100,000 or 200,000 years ago. Evolution takes place at an exceedingly slow pace -- depending on random genetic changes -- which cause “evolution” ONLY if this change is so important that it significantly increases an individual’s chance of “winning” -- the competition for survival and reproduction -- so that the “loser DNA” doesn’t get passed on to the next generation.

Wright discusses as some great length, his theory that modern human society is so significantly different from “Darwin’s Jungle” (my term, not his) -- that this difference -- the enormous and complicated social stresses that we are subject to -- CAUSES a psychological dissonance -- THAT WE ARE NOT “GENETICALLY” EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH -- BECAUSE OUR DNA -- OUR PSYCHOLOGICAL DNA -- DEVELOPED AT AN INCREDIBLY SLOW PACE -- AND SUITED US TO SURVIVAL “IN THE JUNGLE”.

I believe this cognitive dissonance “problem” results from our “caveman” ancestors’ need to be ever watchful in a very dangerous environment.

For instance, if he (or she) is “out and about” searching for food, and hears something that sounds like a snapping twig -- they don’t know if it is a tiger looking for lunch -- or something less dangerous.

This is a “quick and dirty” brain process that must take place. The snapping twig is interpreted as “a dissonance”. It sets up the “fight or flight” syndrome -- and gets the “action chemicals” -- adrenaline and such going immediately. This must take place -- psychologically -- very quickly. If they take time to try “to analyze” intellectually -- they may become tiger lunch.

If our ancestor’s “response time” was 1/2 second instead of 1/4 second (as an example) -- he was “tiger lunch” and his “slow brain response to cognitive dissonance” genes -- didn’t make it to the next generation.

You and I have this 1/4 second response time -- because that was fast enough for our ancestors -- so they could survive -- and our DNA is almost identical to theirs. This fight or flight response has developed evolutionarily over hundreds of millions of years -- with the lower mammals -- and the lower “pre-mammals”.

(This is an autonomous reaction inside the brain. It takes place immediately -- long before there is time for rational “analysis” of whether or not we are actually in danger. It is fast and imprecise -- a “quick and dirty” survival mechanism.)

MK-ULTRA knows how to evoke that fight or flight “cognitive dissonance” response -- artificially -- with its deliberate double-language -- and its huge repertoire of psy-war assaults.

They use my survival emotions AGAINST ME in a vicious and cruel manner. This kind of psy-war assault causes an automatic defense mechanism. I feel “flush” like blood rushing to my head. I’m sure there is an adrenaline and “blood sugar” surge.

Then usually within a few seconds, the process “falls or reverses”, and the blood sugar drops precipitously -- and I’m left with no defense -- and it causes real pain -- pain from the physical process in my brain -- and a kind of helplessness or hopelessness -- that I am unable to protect myself politically -- from this social assault.

The people directing their “slaves” to enact this kind of assault understand this exactly. They are Nazis and they must be defeated.

A critical point here is that scientists believe that the differences between modern day society and the harsh times of 100,000 years ago -- causes psychological dissonance. Our DNA -- which correlates to survival in “Darwin’s Jungle” -- has not changed -- at least “almost not at all” -- since then.

We have this “dissonance” in society -- whether or not an individual is additionally afflicted by these psychological warfare attacks, that I suffer -- and continue to suffer -- lo these long and grievous years.

We are still equipped with a “quick and dirty” survival emotion -- and the spy’s manipulation of that emotion by artificial means -- in me -- by all their double messages and deceptions -- is vicious and cruel -- and has caused me grievous pain and suffering -- and has damaged me severely -- by its repeated application over the past 30-years -- THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF TIMES.

Psychiatric experimentation on humans -- is by definition -- medical experimentation on humans. Medical procedures and medical experimentation -- without informed consent -- is Nazi by definition. These people are Nazis and they must be defeated.

To return again to my letter of October 4, 1983 to Rep. Don Edwards:

Additionally, an essential and basic component of the punishment project REQUIRED the abridging of my freedom of speech. An event occurred about one month later which I will relate slightly out of chronological sequence. By that time I knew there was a project in progress employing a “double-language.” I had stopped using drugs and alcohol except for home-made beer and wine.

I thought I was being “processed” for recruitment for the C.I.A. I discussed this with Mr. Robison (co-worker at Northrop). I told him of my belief that he (and others) were employing a purposeful “double-language” and asked whether I was being recruited for the C.I.A. He said, “Oh no! That’s crazy. You know what I think of big government.” We had been out of the office (when I told him this). (Afterwards) We had lunch with a friend of Hal’s at ARAMCO. Hal told him he had had a dream that last night: “I dreamed my brain(s) oozed out of my head, onto the floor and started to walk by itself (themselves).

When we returned to the office a computer magazine had been opened to a particular page and placed on my desk. Mr. Celms and Mr. Torre were in the office. The magazine was opened to a chart matrix of different personal computers and the features they had. Mr. Celms pointed to the box for the I.B.M. personal computer and category: “languages supported”. There was only one language mentioned: “COBOL”.

John said: “See. Only one language.”

I replied: “Oh, I’m sure there’s more than one.”

John, pointing: “Look right there, there’s only one.”

Mike: “All micro computers have BASIC -- so that’s two, and I’ve seen others advertised.”

John looked directly at me and repeated: “ONE LANGUAGE!”

By then I finally figured it out. We were having a POLITICAL DISCUSSION -- one in which the dynamics of power would determine the course of the conversation rather than a supposed connection to objective reality. I was intimidated and just sat back: End-of-conversation.

A short while later Mr. Zigimond Homoki (Northrop employee) came into the office. He was asking about a particular form. It was quite common that people referred to forms, procedures, planes and persons with the term “U-SAF” and “R-SAF” -- short A -- rhymes with “gaff” or “staff” -- to specify U.S. Air Force or Royal Saudi Air Force.

Mr. Homoki referred to this particular form as “U-SAFE” -- rhymes with “you safe”. How was I supposed to interpret that? “You safe...as long as you keep your mouth shut.” That’s how it came through my fear and anger. Mr. Homoki DID NOT intimate violence. Mr. Celms said, “That form only comes out of the Pentagon.” I just said I didn’t know about it.

Mr. Homoki left the office for a minute. He came back and said, “We don’t use (or have to use) that form”. I said, “GOOD!” I just blurted it out -- hostile and provocative. Mr. Celms looked down and put his hand on his forehead, blocking sight of his face. He was probably smiling or biting his lip or something. I’m sure he was amazed.

Since I had “blown it” once again -- they escalated once again. Mr. Dave Storm -- (Northrop employee) came into the office. I can’t remember much of the conversation. He was talking about a box of computer cards or something.

The choice of words was such, that there was the deliberate, specific intention to evoke in me the fear that I could be physically hurt if I didn’t stop talking about this double-language project. Mr. Homoki did not intimate physical violence. Mr. Storm did. At the end of the conversation he said, “Now we’re not going to have any trouble with you are we Mike?” -- Deliberate intimidation to abridge my freedom of speech.

It is my firm and certain belief that these persons are officers or agents of the United States government, involved in an official and documented, but illegal and unconstitutional project of the United States government.

It goes without saying, of course, that C.I.A. is in Saudi Arabia. It would be quite silly to imagine otherwise!

What happens to me with the deliberate double-language, is that the fight or flight response begins immediately -- before there is time for “rational analysis” -- your body must prepare itself IMMEDIATELY -- to effect its survival.

I might have just let this go except for some things that happened before. Starting in 1972 I was involved with a psychology group in Santa Monica, West Los Angeles -- with Betty G. Eisner, Ph.D -- one of the original LSD researchers.

There were 30-40 people or so -- all patients -- who lived together in 4 or 5 communes there. There was a strange death of her patient: Noel Kramer in 1976 -- that I later came to believe was a setup against me.

My friend was in distress following a hot mineral bath he had -- at Dr. Eisner’s home -- after taking a moderately large dose of Ritalin -- the drug that is sometimes given to hyperactive children.

There had been a group meeting at another house, but we were told “Noel’s session had taken a strange turn.” -- and Dr. Eisner asked us to come to her home.

When I saw him in distress, I was not especially alarmed. I assumed Dr. Eisner would take care of him. In retrospect I wonder if they -- in the 4-years I had been with the psychology group -- had deliberately followed a pattern of psychological intimidation -- in order to evoke in me an episode of “hysterical paralysis”.

Quite frankly, Mr. President, I wonder if they used techniques that Jews learned when they were victim’s in Hitler’s Holocaust camps -- against me. My father’s name (Egger) is obviously German. My mother’s maiden name is Cross (cruz en español). I have come to believe that I am a symbolic German-Christian scapegoat for Hitler’s Holocaust!

There may be another aspect to the “genetic survival mechanism”. If an individual is afraid in a “risky environment” -- a strange sound may also evoke a momentary pause.

The “fight or flight syndrome” still takes place -- and the body is “charged for action” -- but remaining still and quiet for an instant may allow you to locate the source -- the location -- of the possible danger.

However, if we look again at “Darwin’s Jungle” there may be instances when your survival REQUIRES that you remain unseen by your enemy. If you see another human being attacked by a tiger -- and it is too late to help him -- your survival may depend on your having “the capability” to “freeze” and remain unnoticed.

This is conjecture. I’m saying this because I’m thinking this may have happened to me -- according to a pre-meditated plan.

It’s all quite a long story -- described at great length on my web site -- www.libt-social-dem.org -- but I came to believe I had been a victim of MK-ULTRA. This is the U.S. Government program that -- among many other things -- gave LSD to unsuspecting people.

It was long after I left Saudi Arabia that I began to piece this together -- but there are a few facts about the psychology group that are quite pertinent. One of the group members told us when her brother was promoted to Admiral in the U.S. Navy.

This person was Adm. James D. Watkins who went on to become Chief of Naval Operations (sitting on the Joint Chiefs of Staff) and later was appointed Secretary of Energy for President George H.W. Bush. He became CNO when I was in Saudi Arabia.

I never thought much about the brother until 1983 or 1984 when the CNO came on TV to discuss the killing of (about) 237 Marines in Lebanon. I saw him on TV -- and I did a “double-take”. “That guy looks like Charlotte!” And I vaguely remembered Charlotte once referring to her grandmother as “Mrs. Watkins”.

A few years later I realized I knew Charlotte’s birthday and where she was born. I assumed the last name, and I received a copy of her birth certificate from Los Angeles County. Same parents, same town, two years later as the entry in Who’s Who -- about 1990 or so -- for Admiral Watkins.

And also in this psychology group were some members of the Grove publishing family. (They also constructed missile bases in Saudi Arabia!) Are we starting to get a clue?

I once found a book called: “Contract on America: The Mafia Murders of John and Robert Kennedy” published in paperback by “Zebra” (or perhaps Zenith or Zephyr). I later found out that they are owned by Grove press.

I have speculated -- in retrospect -- whether President Kennedy was murdered BECAUSE he was trying to resist going to war against VietNam. There are strong indications that he wanted to rely on special forces -- Green Berets -- and South Vietnamese troops -- instead of regular U.S. Army troops.

I think now, that The Conspiracy wanted the VietNam War for two reasons. First, I believe Israeli Zionists and their “advancers” or “promoters” in The Conspiracy wanted the United States preoccupied with war and civil strife in the United States -- so they could seize the West Bank -- the heavily Arab area west of the Jordan River.

This presupposes that the seizure of the West Bank was planned long ago -- as part of the “payoff” to Israel. In this scenario -- The Conspiracy didn’t want a U.S. President interfering with Israeli Zionist expansion -- the same way U.S. President Eisenhower forced Britain, France, and Israel to withdraw from the Suez Canal area in 1956.

If the U.S. President were promoting an unpopular war somewhere else, he couldn’t very well oppose Zionist aggression into predominantly Arab areas.

Secondly, and I believe both goals were quite important to The Conspiracy, the VietNam War was intended to go badly -- never enough U.S. soldiers to win outright -- but escalated slowly enough the North Vietnamese communists could always counteract U.S. escalation.

I think the Soviet Russians -- acting as Queen Victoria’s Satanic Puppet -- “pushed” the North Vietnamese to resist severely. The Soviets certainly supplied great amounts of military aid to advance this goal.

With the U.S. tied down in an unpopular war -- they couldn’t control Israeli Zionist expansion -- AND MOST IMPORTANTLY -- there was great civil disobedience against the war in the United States.

I was in college (university) just as the VietNam war was greatly expanding. After a while many young people were protesting the war -- especially those of us faced with the military draft (conscription).

AT THE SAME TIME -- AN EXPLOSION OF MARIJUANA SUPPLIES COVERED THE COLLEGE (UNIVERSITY) CAMPUSES. This gave us the best of both worlds. We could “stand up” to the evil warmongering government -- very safely -- by secretly smoking marijuana.

At that time marijuana was a serious crime in the United States -- it was a felony -- and smokers “risked” several years in prison.

Some people openly defied the draft -- and could expect at least 2-or-3 years in prison. Marijuana smokers could “risk” a similar sentence -- but be safe. Large numbers of people started smoking marijuana -- and no one (almost) ever got arrested!

NOW THAT I KNOW ABOUT THE CONSPIRACY I believe this “milieu” was deliberately set up as a great social entrapment. I believe The Conspiracy -- operating in full power in the United States since the 1920’s -- set about their secret blackmail scheme -- ESPECIALLY AGAINST THOSE MALE COLLEGE STUDENTS -- LIKE MYSELF -- WHO ALSO RESISTED THE DRAFT -- BY LEGAL MEANS.

I had an educational deferment for 4-years being in college (university), then I had an occupational deferment working as a mainframe computer systems programmer at a military contractor company in California. Then the law was changed to disallow almost all deferments -- but I was able to get teeth braces (orthodontics).

I did need these dental appliances -- and the U.S. Army didn’t want anyone who had them -- as this was a severe medical “maintenance” problem.

I was committed to beating the draft -- and I would have gone to Canada or to jail to avoid the U.S. Military while the VietNam War was going on.

I was afraid of getting killed. If you’re about to go off to war -- you SHOULD be afraid. I see no dishonor in admitting that. It’s only if your anger at the injustice of your attacker is great enough -- do you go ahead and go to war in spite of your fear.

I just never believed the Vietnamese communists were any kind of threat to the United States.

Beyond this fear, I had a greater fear. I feared that once I was in a war, I would kill everything that moved -- to try to survive myself. And if I did survive: What kind of person would I be? This was a grievous concern for me.

So I finally escaped the military draft, but I found myself with a great deal of emotional distress. I had been in a great deal of emotional distress -- BEFORE I beat the draft -- when I was afraid of the war.

But afterwards, I still had this emotional distress -- and it was quite severe. I decided to find a psychologist to try to get help.

I found Betty Grover Eisner, Ph.D. in Los Angeles / Santa Monica, one of the original LSD researchers. By that time LSD was illegal and we used other drugs, though she did give me LSD on a few occasions.

I think LSD can be helpful in alcoholism, and there was at least one report of its use to overcome symptoms of heroin withdrawal. A man was a heroin addict who wanted to stop -- and on his own -- he took LSD for several days in a row. He said, “It takes your mind off the heroin.”

The alcoholism treatment has been documented -- but I haven’t seen other reports about heroin withdrawal.

In any case, we used drugs -- in a very strictly controlled environment -- for psychological treatment.

By this time in Los Angeles County, marijuana was always treated as a misdemeanor -- not a felony -- as California State law allowed.

Nevertheless, Dr. Eisner kept a strict regimen about marijuana use -- and mostly people didn’t do. You always had to ask permission ahead of time, etc., etc. -- and you had to have some “therapeutic” reason. It’s kind of amusing now, but that was her protocol.

In retrospect, I am entirely convinced that Dr. Eisner experimented with me -- in occasional marijuana use.

I had some marijuana but hadn’t been using it. I was going to graduate school in mathematics at UCLA -- the University of California at Los Angeles. I had finished my course work for a Master’s degree in mathematics, and I was studying for a Ph.D. qualifying exam.

I took this exam, and I knew exactly that I had failed by 5%. A week or so later my fears were confirmed. I failed by 5%, but the afternoon after the exam, I talked to Dr. Eisner, and she suggested I go visit a friend -- another psychology group member -- and smoke some marijuana.

The psychology group met once a week in group session. For perhaps 4 or 5 months, she had been reading to us from a book called “Seth Speaks”.

This was a “psychic” book. Ostensibly -- truthfully? -- a woman “went into a trance” and her husband wrote down what she said. Supposedly, she heard a voice speaking to her -- and she (the author) interpreted this as a “spirit” from another dimension. A “real” thing.

During this time, Dr. Eisner encouraged me to write -- uncensored -- kind of free flow -- when I used marijuana -- and a few times I went into “automatic writing” -- I think was how Dr. Eisner described it -- as I told her of the experience.

THEN -- on the night of my extreme distress -- of my certainty that I had failed the Ph.D. qualifying exam -- I smoked some marijuana, and I started writing.

I went into the “automatic writing” easily -- I had done it several times before. Then I started “hearing a voice” inside my brain.

It sounded like Dr. Eisner’s voice, but it was definitely not from a hidden speaker. It was different from that. It was an “extension” of the “automatic writing”.

There was no “revelation from beyond” -- from the spirit world -- only the promise of revelation from beyond. I’m sure that “promise” was my own emotional contribution to the ongoing “wonder”!

However, I think that because they were able to evoke this response -- this identified me as prime psychiatric experimental territory!

I had gone through a religious crisis when I was 16-17, and had what I call “a white light” religious experience.

This was an active experience -- the very night after I had completed reading the Christian New Testament. Revelation really is quite weird.

One night I was feeling kind of badly and went to bed early. I was soon in a state of extreme anxiety, and I thought I was dying and going to hell. As I “felt” my “soul” leaving my body -- I “surrendered” to preach -- in the Conservative Protestant terminology.

At that instance of “submission” -- my visually black, terrified anxiety was transformed in an instant into the most incredible euphoria -- AND -- my total field of vision was an incredible, intense white light.

When I told this story to Dr. Eisner -- at perhaps our 2nd or 3rd meeting -- she became very interested and involved. Later I came to wonder if this “spectacular event” was caused by a drug. I never did any drugs, or even alcohol, but this experience was more intense than a large dose of LSD!

I’m saying this to suggest that this white light experience had -- already -- identified me as prime psychiatric experimental territory -- whether strictly psychological -- or perhaps as evidence to someone who knew -- like Dr. Eisner -- that this was a drug -- MK-ULTRA style. I can’t be sure of this.

I believe there is a great story of betrayal in this education story. I had been in an independent study program sponsored by the Ford Foundation when I was in college (Colorado College, Colorado Springs, Colorado). There were 25-students who were chosen for this program, and we didn’t have to attend classes -- and we didn’t get grades.

In retrospect, I wonder if this program was designed to trap people. This seems “far-fetched” but Colorado College is a very expensive private school. My family was poor, but I had a good scholarship.

However, this would be a great gathering of the offspring of what I have previously called -- Victoria’s enslaved and terrified rich.

I have written elsewhere that I met Mrs. Lynne Cheney at a Colorado College Alumni Association meeting (at the local chapter in Washington, DC in February 1986 -- where she had given a talk.)

Mr. Cheney was at the time, RMM (Ranking Minority Member) -- Republicans were then in the minority in the U.S. Congress -- of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee.

I had previously sent my “then current” papers to her husband -- Rep. Cheney -- and many others in Congress. I gave copies to Mrs. Cheney, and I said, “Keep his feet to the fire on this one!”

There was a review process (in the Colorado College “Ford Independent Study Program”) that culminated with taking the GRE -- Graduate Record Exam -- which is usually required for graduate school admission (beyond university) in the United States. I passed these exams, but I never developed good work habits, and I skipped a large number of classes.

As a result, I didn’t learn mathematics nearly as well as I should have. I “brute forced” the Master’s degree, but I wasn’t able to advance to the doctorate.

Now I wonder if even before I met Dr. Eisner -- that I was entrapped by this Ford Foundation program -- as a front for MK-ULTRA -- so that later on when I tried to go to graduate school -- my great emotional stress at not being able to fulfill my education dreams -- would evoke some strange and significant emotional reaction. That’s quite a long string of “intention” but I have come to believe that MK-ULTRA “does things like that”!

This is speculative, of course, but that theory “fits the pattern” of MK-ULTRA interference in my life for purposes of psychiatric experimentation without informed consent.

Once I started imagining going back before Dr. Eisner -- there was the rich people’s Colorado College -- but then I started wondering about BEFORE THAT.

I’ve previously written on www.libt-social-dem.org some incidents where it is exactly obvious that members of my family were involved in this MK-ULTRA scheme. At first, I thought they had been forced to do these things -- because of incidents in Saudi Arabia.

There was an incident in Saudi Arabia that gives an “indication”. I had become friends with Pete Alexander, who was supervisor of the “quality assurance” group at the Telex office at Depot Supply of the Saudi Air Force Base where we worked.

If I remember the sequence, he was talking with a few friends, and said, “There is one guy (an American in the “drug culture” (my words not his -- but that’s what he meant) -- that even my guy doesn’t know who protects him.

This didn’t mean much at that time, but I am now convinced he was talking about me. Perhaps after this, Pete told me he knew the Saudi Foreign Minister, Saud al-Faisal (son of the assassinated king).

Another time, after this, Pete was telling some friends about his recent trip to the United States, he told where he had been, several different states. When he said Texas, he nodded at me. Again, this didn’t mean much to me at the time, but now I think this was when MK-ULTRA put the screws to my family.

There had been the “semi-hot” TV set that I bought -- and once my drug “importer” friends asked me to keep 2-or-3 kilos of marijuana for them. In both these instances, the active “mover” was Keith Kaser, who had told me his father worked for the Saudi Government in Riyadh (the capital). Entrapment in the service of Victoria’s Satanic Regime.

I expect that except for the previous death in Dr. Eisner’s psychology group -- I would have been entrapped -- and forced into becoming a spy myself -- these people don’t play tiddlywinks! Admiral Watkins became Chief of Naval Operations while I was in Saudi Arabia.

I think this explains my family’s involvement in MK-ULTRA, but once I started thinking about that, I wondered about some other things.

As soon as I can, I’m writing a letter to Gloria Brown Anderson, Vice President, International and Editorial Development, The New York Times News Services Division.

I found out where she was in 1995, and we talked on the phone briefly, and I sent her my papers. She’s not actually in the reporting business -- or at least she wasn’t at the time, but she told me she would show my papers to a few reporters. The syndicate and the news services division are separate from the “regular newspaper”.

Mrs. Anderson was my sister’s best friend at Ropesville Elementary School. Ropesville -- aka Ropes -- is a small farming community 25-miles southwest of Lubbock, Texas. We all rode the school bus together when I started first grade in 1953.

I hope she will forgive me for presuming on an old friendship. Except for the time on the phone, I don’t remember actually having a conversation with her. We moved away from Ropes in 1956 to another small town 40-miles away. Miss Brown wrote my sister’s wedding announcement for the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal in 1963.

I once talked on the telephone to the famous “dragon-slayer” Bob Woodward at the Washington Post. He wasn’t interested in my story. Maybe he didn’t think it was much of a story, but I have an alternate explanation:

In October 1983 I took a copy -- I think the very same day -- of my report to Rep. Edwards to The Washington Post. www.libt-social-dem.org/Libt z-pb01.htm (or www.libt-social-dem.org/Libt%20z-pb01.htm).

I spoke to a reporter and gave her my report. (I didn’t try to contact Mr. Woodward at first.) I called again the next day. I asked what she thought of my report, and she answered, "There’s nothing we can do about it." I asked, "You don’t think it is true? You don’t think there is something to my allegations?" She repeated, not answering directly, "There’s nothing we can do about it."

When I told this story to my college roommate (from Mrs. Cheney’s Colorado College) he remarked: "They want to live too." In saying this I believe he was saying he knew of a conspiracy that would kill to stop freedom of speech and freedom of the press. There ain’t no one playing tiddlywinks, Mr. President.

On Halloween 1951 (October 31) Gloria Brown and my sister were in first grade. There was a school party that night which my mother took my sister and me to. On the way home, we were in an auto accident in which my leg was broken.

I have speculated that this was when I became an object of interest to MK-ULTRA. This was the time of the Korean War, and the United States Government was extremely distressed about the “brainwashing” that some of their soldier had been subjected to as Prisoners of War.

There is an article in the New York Times Health Section, Thursday, October 26, 1989. This article discusses the success of an experiment in which patients under anesthesia can hear -- AND ACT OUT DAYS LATER WITHOUT CONSCIOUS KNOWLEDGE -- suggestions they hear under anesthesia.

They told people -- under anesthesia -- that they would have a follow-on interview with a doctor a few weeks after their surgery -- AND INSTRUCTED THEM TO PULL AT THEIR EAR. And this worked at a statistically significant rate.

I wonder if MK-ULTRA did something like this to me before I was 5-years old. I think they may have experimented with mind control -- in an attempt to learn how brainwashing works -- and maybe to try to learn how to “inoculate” or condition people to resist.

I would think that they did something simple, that could be built on later -- in a secret conditioning program. There are several reasons why I think it might have just been laughter.

Not long before his death, Noel Kramer said he knew of a society in which laughter was used as punishment. And sometimes, simple laughter can cause me intense anxiety -- though this is usually in some complicated context. More about this later in this letter, and also in my following letter to FBI Counter-Intelligence. (Of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation.)

You are aware of the history of the FBI. J. Edgar Hoover was for 50-years the most powerful law enforcement officer in the United States -- and he blackmailed huge numbers of politicians during this time with his secret files.

He took over the FBI in 1924 -- at the height of alcohol prohibition. For 50-years, John Edgar Hoover claimed there was no such thing as the Mafia, and for 50-years, the Mafia claimed that John Edgar Hoover was not a cross-dressing homosexual.

If someone wants to be a cross-dressing homosexual, that’s okay with me -- but not if they are an extremely powerful law enforcement officer -- trying to keep it secret!

The Mafia was where Hoover got his secret information to blackmail powerful politicians. May I repeat my allegation once again, Mr. President: The North American Mafia, and the International Mafia, are secret agencies of the United States Government. They all answer to Victoria’s Satanic Regime.

Once I was in California, with Dr. Eisner, had I taken a year (or probably two) to take essential undergraduate courses I never learned, I probably could have made up my deficiencies. I was, however, focused on “bulldozing” through to get a Ph.D. and I never realized how I might actually go about solving the problem.

I discussed my graduate school problems at length with Dr. Eisner, and as well a Leo Breiman, Ph.D, who had previously been a tenured professor in mathematics at UCLA. I was paying Drs. Eisner and Breiman for professional help, and I am suspicious of their failure to really help me.

They knew my undergraduate history -- and they failed to make a simple suggestion. IN RETROSPECT -- I think this whole thing was set up -- including famously their failure to help me -- in order to set up the stress of my failing the Ph.D. exam. And that this grievous stress I suffered was REQUIRED for their psychiatric experiment.

Of course I should have thought of a serious review of undergraduate material myself. I was the one who suffered the consequences -- but I was paying Drs. Eisner and Breiman for professional help -- AND THEY BETRAYED ME!

Had they not betrayed me, I believe I could have completed a Ph.D in 5-6 years or so, and with my already excellent computer skills, I could have been very successful.

I’m doing okay financially, but not what I should have been able to accomplish. My psychiatric disability insurance has a “base” of 60% of my previous salary -- which was $35,000 in 1987. My Social Security made up about half of my 60%, and my SSA payments have increased by 2-3% each year since then.

I never imagined the “deliberate-double language” before the Air Force Base in Saudi Arabia, but I imagine most sincerely, that a similar kind of program of manipulation was in progress with Dr. Eisner.

I don’t know if this “deliberate-double language” process “causes” symptoms of schizophrenia. The hearing of voices IS A SYMPTOM OF SCHIZOPHRENIA. I believe MK-ULTRA experimented with me -- in the interactions with the psychology group -- who all lived together in communes with 6-12 people -- to try to evoke this kind of symptom.

There is a whole social intimidation -- in my years with the psychology group from 1972 to 1976 -- when this incident (the hearing the voice) occurred. This is as described in my letter of October 4, 1983 to Rep. Don Edwards -- then the Chair of the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights at www.libt-social-dem.org/Libt%20z-pb01.htm.

I never thought about this at the time -- but I think the deliberate-double language “process” is much more than simply overhearing conversations.

I think the psy-war crew has a multitude of similar tricks to present a “duplicitous” social interaction -- including the deliberate double language -- and that this “duplicitous social interaction” CAUSES cognitive dissonance -- and the autonomous responses.

Then just one or two months later, in mid-November 1976, was the distress and death of Noel Kramer -- as described above.

I had been with this psychology group for almost 5-years -- and I think they planned it -- from the beginning.

And we need to return to Mr. Cheney for a minute. At the time of this death in California, U.S. President Gerald Ford had been defeated -- 8-days earlier -- by Georgia Gov. Jimmy Carter.

Mr. Cheney was Chief of Staff to Pres. Ford. George Herbert Walker Bush -- the old man -- was DCI -- Director, Central Intelligence. I don’t think that’s a coincidence either.

Nelson Rockefeller was Vice President. A few years ago, I saw a book review in The Ecologist (environmental journal) Vol. 27, No. 1, January / February 1997, page 34, 1st column, near the bottom.

The book is called, “Thy Will Be Done: The Conquest of the Amazon, Nelson Rockefeller and Evangelism in the Age of Oil” -- by Gerard Colby and Charlotte Dennett, Harper Collins, New York 1995, 960pages, ISBN 0-06-092723-2.

(SIL refers to a missionary organization called the Summer Institute of Linguistics -- also known as the Wycliffe Bible Translators.)

From the Ecologist: “SIL was also reputed to employ a virulent brand of Christian fundamentalism that relied on linguistics to undermine the social cohesion of aboriginal communities and accelerate their assimilation into Western culture.”

That sounds an awful lot like what happened to me. Aggressive and virulent -- threats -- of hell-fire and damnation -- with tricky word games.

I’m not an uneducated indigenous person in the jungle. I have a Master’s degree in mathematics from a prestigious university. I had become a “senior systems programmer” and backup supervisor at the Data Base / Data Communications group at GTE Data Services in Marina del Rey, California. (We did the data processing work for General Telephone Company of California.)

And for a while I was making about $75,000 per year in Saudi Arabia. This is more than $200-million Colombian pesos -- but MK-ULTRA can do stuff to me -- even when I know exactly what is going on! They’ve been studying “Pavlov’s dog” for 100-years now.

(You know about the famous experiment the Russian scientist performed with his dog. He always rang a bell in his dog’s ear, just before giving the dog food. After a while, the dog began salivating at the sound of the bell -- even before he was given any food!)

MK-ULTRA has done quite a lot worse with me! Dogs don’t have the same kind of subtle language skills that humans do -- but we all have autonomous brain and body reactions that are activated by coincidence! They cause me grievous pain -- for years and years and years -- without touching me!

There is still another aspect that I want to explore. Dr. Eisner used to say that I had a “passive-aggressive-passive” character disorder. I think the “passive” aspect was manipulated in the distress and death of Noel Kramer.

Looking at the deliberate double-language, we see that it sets off an autonomous reaction of “action chemicals” in the body. I’m looking at what happens to me when this social-psy-war technique is used against me. More about this in a few pages.

About 1995 I found a book called “Acid Dreams” -- “The Complete Social History of LSD: The CIA, the Sixties, and Beyond”, by Martin A. Lee & Bruce Shlain (published by Grove Weidenfeld).

On page xxiii the authors quote the director of MK-ULTRA as testifying to a US Senate Subcommittee, that one of the purposes of MK-ULTRA and associated programs was:

“... to investigate whether and how it was possible to modify an individual’s behavior by covert means.”

The United States Government says it “used to” perform psychiatric experiments on humans -- without informed consent. I believe this continues against me -- to this day.

A “psychiatric experiment” is a medical experiment. Medical experimentation without informed consent is Nazi by definition. It is not allowed on the Planet Earth. That’s why I’m running this race.

I told Rep. Combest he had a responsibility to tell the truth about CIA drug trafficking. He told me he understood my concern.

I hope he understands also the concern of the people of Colombia when they send their sons and daughters to fight and die in the Failed Drug War. The Drug War is designed to fail -- by the same illegal secret government in the United States that demands every country in the world wage a Hypocritical War On Drugs -- by the same illegal secret government that claimed for 50-years -- that John Edgar Hoover WAS NOT a cross-dressing homosexual!

The drug war is not to protect people -- but to enable this same illegal secret government to blackmail and bribe and intimidate -- in their scheme to achieve fascist political power in the world.

The criminals of power in Washington D.C., want to make drugs a criminal question and not a medical question exactly for these reasons -- to achieve illegal political power.

The illegal secret government wants to give me a message: “Shut up, pal! You’re making us nervous!” They want drug prohibition AND SIMULTANEOUSLY drug corruption -- so they can continue to blackmail, bribe and intimidate to achieve the world-wide secret dictatorship.

Soon after the 1994 elections in the United States, I learned that Rep. Combest was to become Chair of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee. I decided to challenge him in the next election, and I began making preparations and filing paperwork.

Soon afterwards, the intensity of psy-war attacks against me began to intensify sharply. I became paranoid and afraid.

I had lived at my mother’s home once or twice before, but we always developed conflicts, and I didn’t intend to live with her again. However, I was afraid about this campaign against Rep. Combest.

All these years, I’ve been threatened but never hurt -- at least openly. Now I was in the process of doing something -- that could actually damage The Conspiracy -- and I was afraid.

Even talking about the drug conspiracy -- I was merely telling the U.S. Congress -- something they already knew. At the very beginning in October 1983 -- I was extremely afraid. I thought I was telling the Congress something they didn’t already know.

It took me 3-or-4 months to write that 42-page report. When I would walk down the street, I would look up at office window, to see if I could see a sniper. They didn’t actually shoot me, but the emotional strain of all of this is quite unforgivable.

At a time when I felt rather vulnerable, she asked me to come live with her. She said we had to have counseling, etc., etc. She never followed up on that -- she expected me to -- without her actually asking me.

This became a very important factor later on. I came to the conclusion she was being told “to mess with me”! She told me she didn’t want me drinking alcohol in her home. I thought that was so ridiculous, I didn’t even answer.

I have stories elsewhere on www.libt-social-dem.org where I mention specific incidents -- going back to about 1982 -- in which I believed my mother, my father, my brother, and my sister -- and others in my family -- and other old friends -- were doing this duplicitous psy-war stuff.

I didn’t react well to all this, and at this time in 1995, I refused to mow my mother’s lawn. She never asked me specifically, before I moved in, and I felt I SHOULD NOT go along with “implied” requests.

I was getting ready to make a trip to Colombia. I had applied for a visa to live in Colombia, because the Colombian Supreme Court had ruled on a privacy basis that small amounts of marijuana, cocaine, and some other drug, were legal for personal consumption.

I had had an interview with your Consulate in Houston, and they had recommended that I go ahead and visit Colombia ahead of time.

I bought a plane ticket, and was preparing to go. My mother had been gone for a while, and when she came back, she was all high and mighty about this. Essentially, she couldn’t understand why I wanted to do go to Colombia.

About this time, my brother -- who lives nearby -- asked me why I wouldn’t mow the lawn. Ostensibly, he didn’t know me to take that kind of attitude. I answered, “They changed me.” (They -- meaning MK-ULTRA -- changed me. He understood exactly what I meant.)

On the morning of my plane trip to Bogotá, my brother told me that when I came back, my stuff would be moved out of my mother’s house, and my mother would pay one month’s rent for an apartment in Lubbock for me.

And then he said, “I was there when it was decided.” He didn’t say, I was there when Mother made the decision. He didn’t say Mother asked him -- or anything.

I remember those words my brother spoke in 1995 -- EXACTLY! My brother told me VERY SPECIFICALLY that someone else was making these decisions. My mother was being ordered about by a committee.

The whole d*mn thing had been a setup. And then something happened in Bogotá. It was perhaps a week or two before I went, that Alvaro Gomez was assassinated when he was the favorite to win the presidency of Colombia.

I was upset by this, but I went anyway. Someone had told me they knew Senator Enrique Gomez Hurtado was sympathetic to the idea of legalizing drugs, and I went to see him. I didn’t know that it was his brother that had been murdered.

I was devastated. After a bit, I became worried that Alvaro had been murdered -- to prevent Colombia from legalizing drugs. Senator Gomez never said anything like this, but I wondered about it.

Then one morning in September 1995, I went to the Colombian National Museum in Bogotá, and a very strange thing occurred. There was a class of school children at the museum that morning, and a young girl took a very unusual interest in me. I imagine she was about 10-years old.

She was bright faced and laughing -- engaging with me directly -- purposefully. I didn’t think anything about this, but I was walking in the opposite direction to this class, and a few minutes later, she did exactly the same thing.

A few minutes, I was standing alone, and the realization hit me real hard. “She’s flirting with me! Those ***-****** ******** (MK-ULTRA) sent a young girl after me.”

I stood and thought about this for several minutes. I could not allow this. What could I do? What would be the right thing to do? I realized I couldn’t be certain that this was a setup, but I certainly believed it was.

I thought, if I’m wrong and this is not a setup, I could cause her some emotional upset, but probably not extremely badly. I worried about the damage it would do to me -- if I did not answer this grievous manipulation of a child by MK-ULTRA.

I felt I was being threatened by MK-ULTRA. My brother had recently revealed to me that my mother’s relationship with me -- was being directed by a CIA-Mafia committee. And with the murder of Alvaro Gomez -- I imagined it was the same people.

For many years when I would imagine something to be a psy-war assault, I would answer in some way. Usually I mutter something under my breath. “Burn in Hell Nazi War Criminals” is my favorite, but I almost always do this “surreptitiously” -- not affronting the imagined offender.

Another thing, would be if I got a “psy-war” reminder of something -- something mundane -- that I need to do -- rather than do it when I thought of it -- “was reminded of it” -- I would wait until the next day. I called this my “24-hour rule”. If I wait some period of time -- until after I had slept -- I could interrupt the conditioning process.

This way, the immediacy of the threat was minimized -- and I wouldn’t be acting -- under a threat. I perceive almost everything MK-ULTRA does, as a threat.

Someone told me once, that if a person takes an action -- under a threat -- because of a threat -- that a rationalization takes place -- and you come to believe that what you did was right.

What would be the effect on me -- if I “acquiesced” -- under the threat posed by my brother, and possibly the murder of Alvaro Gomez -- and “allowed” The Conspiracy to use a young girl for sex tease.

That was my dilemma. Even then, I didn’t decide to do anything. I was deeply troubled, but I didn’t make up my mind yet. Then I thought -- with certainty -- whether or not the young girl was being manipulated -- “There are people watching me right now, and they will be making decisions based on what they see me do.”

I have written of this before, and told people, that I believe I am being monitored -- all the time -- anyplace I go on the planet.

I thought about my “24-hour rule” -- but if I didn’t do something -- my inaction in this instance -- would be the same as “acting” under threat. Later I told a psychiatrist -- suddenly I was faced with the “5-minute rule”! After 5-minutes I was acquiescing in MK-ULTRA’s use of a young child for sex tease.

I started my stop watch and I waited several minutes. Then I started walking to where the girl was. If I had seen a teacher, I might have tried to talk to a teacher, but in any case, I didn’t know Spanish well enough to explain something so complicated.

I couldn’t identify a teacher, and I walked up to the girl and said, “¿Deseas ir a mi hotel?” (Do you want to go to my hotel?) She said, “¿Que?” I said “¿Deseas ir a mi hotel?” She said, “No.”, and I walked away.

I never touched her. I certainly had no intention of having sex. I never even thought about that. Certainly, if what I suspect is true -- that Mossad has a video of this incident, I look bad on the video.

I’m sorry if I upset this young girl unfairly. But that’s not quite the same as an apology. I believe I probably did the right thing in that instance. At the time I believed this was a setup, and because of a great number of things that have happened since, I am more convinced of that now than I was then.

I walked directly out of the museum, and about 5-minutes later I realized what I had done. I assumed what I had done was illegal. (Before I acted, I didn’t think about legal and illegal -- I thought about right and wrong! That’s just the truth, Mr. President.)

I thought I could lose my visa for that. I decided I would include this incident in my autobiography, and if I lost my visa because of it -- I had still fulfilled my responsibility to warn everyone about what MK-ULTRA was doing -- or what I believed MK-ULTRA was doing.

I haven’t finished my autobiography yet. The psychological warfare assaults have disabled me, and I haven’t been able to finish this work.

It is very clear it is Mossad -- who watches me always, and as I begin to regain my strength from one assault to another, they hit me with something else again.

I’ve been writing all of this, mostly in letters to President Clinton. I was able to complete my autobiography up to the point that my letters to the U.S. Congress began in 1997, but since then, I have been the victim of a huge onslaught of psy-war attacks that have prevented me from bringing this ugly truth to the people.

Many of these attacks occurred in Colombia, and I am writing about some of these attacks in my letter to you, now, Mr. President.

I haven’t had the heart to write George the Boy Wonder yet. Mossad owns that man, body and soul. That’s very clear.

But President Clinton was either unwilling or unable to properly protect me. I don’t think Bill Clinton or George Bush -- W or HW -- or Ron -- or Jimmy -- certainly not Gerald -- or Richard -- or Lyndon -- Jack was murdered for trying -- or even Ike -- or Give ‘em hell Harry -- or FDR -- or the others -- were in control of the U.S. Military or the U.S. Military Nuclear forces.

That’s the problem in the world. LBJ said of Jack Kennedy’s death -- “We’re running a ***-****** Murder Inc. here!”

Citizen Elizabeth II must take full and complete responsibility for Victoria’s Satanic Rule. Tony Phony Baloney must become a republican or he falls. It’s just that simple.

Sometime later, I talked to an attorney in Bogotá about this incident, and he told me that what I had done was not illegal. I’m thankful for that. The attorney said you have to actually have sex for that to be illegal.

In some places in the United States, saying those words would be illegal -- if your intent was to have sex. I think Colombia’s law is better -- for the better protection of young children. People do all kinds of things -- and especially they talk -- all kinds of things.

An attorney in Lubbock, Texas told me recently, “They could claim you made up this wild story to “cover up” malicious intent. I answered, “I can present “an alternate theory”.

I had 300-pages of a bizarre psy-war story -- already written -- and sent to many members of the U.S. Congress, and Presidents Reagan, GHW Bush, and Clinton -- and I had papers copied from when I tried to sue the CIA -- this in 1986, as I remember -- 9-years before the incident at the National Museum.

That incident was 12 years after I began documenting my psy-war complaint. If someone else thinks they need to take a “similar” kind of “civil disobedience” -- as I did -- I most strongly suggest that they first spend 10 or 12 years documenting their story.

Even now I’m at risk of civil confinement laws. They’d have to be dishonest, but Victoria’s Satanic Regime is quite capable of overcoming minor matters of honesty. My attorney told me “It’s a subjective judgment.” “Subjective.” That’s MK-ULTRA for: “We can get you pal!”

Colombia’s law allows the adult an opportunity to back down -- before actually having sex. I think that’s important. If you have already expressed your “intent” -- you may think you have nothing more to lose -- and actually go ahead and have sex.

If the adult starts to have second thoughts -- we should provide a safe way to back down. If they think, “I’m screwed already -- I might as well go ahead and have sex.” -- we have denied them a safe way to back down. That’s the value of Colombia’s law.

I’ve written about this incident to U.S. President Clinton, and I’ve discussed it with several psychiatrists, both in Colombia and in the United States.

A psychiatrist once asked me what I would have done if the girl had said yes. I replied, “I’m sure I would have had a psychological meltdown.” But then I added, “I wouldn’t have thought I would have done it in the first place.”

Her question was a surprise to me. (Psychiatrists are supposed to do things like that -- to get you to reveal your “true feelings”!)

If the girl had said yes, I would have done exactly the same as I did when she said no. I would have turned around and walked away. I’m not very conservative anymore, but I was raised a conservative Christian. I did what I did because I was raised a conservative Christian. I have to laugh as I write this, but that is the truth. If you see something wrong, you’re supposed to do something about it!

This doctor was a woman, and at another time, she said, “If you were so convinced this was a trap, why did you do it?” I answered directly, and without hesitation, “To spring the entrapment trap.” That’s why I did it Mr. President. Thou shalt not use young children for sex tease! The Conspiracy must not use young children for sex tease.

I believe that my secret protectors WANTED someone to take this kind of radical action -- that I took -- to try to inform the public of the grievous use that MK-ULTRA makes of young children.

I’m sorry if I upset that young girl unfairly. I said this to Dr. ******, “There was something wrong about that young girl.” It was the dissonance -- and this dissonance evoked my autonomous response -- that I had been conditioned into by MK-ULTRA.

Even now, I realize this may have just been a young girl being silly -- but if “there was something wrong about this girl” -- what I said to her could have evoked a more severe response -- in her -- psychologically.

Perhaps I misinterpreted this “dissonance” in imagining MK-ULTRA caused this -- and I just made a mistake. This makes me feel badly, but I still believe I did the right thing. I did not have criminal intent. I have never done anything remotely like this in my life.

In Texas now, I’m risking a lifetime of medical torture -- forced feeding of zombie pills, probably electroshock of various kinds, and maybe even a “new and improved” frontal lobotomy. That’s how strongly I feel about this message: “Thou shalt not use young children for sex tease!”

The State of Texas can do this -- WITHOUT MY HAVING BROKEN THE LAW. It takes two doctors and a judge to certify that I am mentally ill and a threat. After 45 or 90 days, I forget -- I can demand a jury trial -- but the government can “stack a jury” if they decide to do so.

I think it was in 1985 or 1990 or so -- years before this incident, I had lunch with my cousin, and I was telling him about this psychological program. I said, “They (MK-ULTRA) like to maneuver you into a situation in which you have 2 or 3 options -- each one of which advances their goals somehow -- one way or another.

My doctor in Bogotá is Dr. *****. I was talking with him about this, and I said, I was convinced I had two choices. I could walk away -- without doing anything -- and by doing so -- acquiesce in The Conspiracy using a young child for sex tease -- or I could try to do something about it.

Then I laughed and said, “Los protestantes hablan con Dios -- como los Padres!” (Protestants talk with God like the priests!)

I’m being threatened now in Texas with the possibility of a lifetime of psychiatric confinement -- because of this -- I believe. The real reason is MK-ULTRA set me up in a no-win situation -- to discredit me and my political efforts to expose their grievous crimes.

Dr. ***** agrees with me about some of my political theories. I said, “Both sides in Israel-Palestine are locked into a battle no one can win. If Israel did not make these attacks against the Palestinians -- The Conspiracy would find an even more serious attack against innocent Israeli people.”

I called Israel, “The Praetorian Guard” for The Conspiracy, and Dr. ***** agreed.

The threats are extremely real -- I follow this letter with a letter to U.S. FBI Counter-Intelligence in Washington, D.C. in which I describe all this at length. I am sending that letter to you at this same time.

My “general practitioner” -- my “regular” doctor has been my family’s doctor for many years. I said to him just a month ago, “You know my family well enough to know how I was raised. If you see something wrong, you’re supposed to do something about it.”

Just a minute ago, I said I was more convinced now, than I was at the time -- that this was a setup. Here are some of the reasons why.

I moved to Bogotá to live, in December 1996 -- after my unsuccessful campaign against Intelligence Chair Combest. I found a psychiatrist who spoke English, Dr. *****.

She seemed nice enough, and I started telling her my very long story. At about our 3rd meeting, I told her I had come to Colombia to be able to use marijuana. She said -- with surprise -- “That’s illegal.”

I was taken aback, and said, “No it isn’t.” I went home and found my article from the Los Angeles Times discussing the Colombian Supreme Court ruling, and the next time I saw her, I showed it to her.

She really didn’t take responsibility for her “mistake”. If she’s a doctor, she’s supposed to know stuff like that.

I began to become suspicious of her “mistake”. At this time, I hadn’t yet told her about the incident at the National Museum. This is page-45 now (standard format) of my letter to you. I have to tell a very long and very complicated story before anyone can understand my psychiatric circumstance.

I began to feel that she had this reaction -- as a substitute to my telling her the story of the incident in the museum. And I felt this was fundamentally dishonest. I saw her once or twice after that, but I was already planning to go to Leticia and the Amazon, and I decided not to see her again when I did return to Bogotá -- about a year later.

I did tell her the next time I believe about the museum incident. She didn’t have much of a reaction to that as I remember. Though, I remember telling her of something I thought was MK-ULTRA.

I was waiting for a bus, and a young girl with a “heart” on her backpack zipper walked by me. I decided to follow her, to try to identify her in some way. (I’ve done this kind of thing for years. If someone does something I think is wrong, I will try to gain additional identifying information and write letters about it.)

This girl went into a pastry shop, and when I saw her face, this was just about the ugliest girl I had ever seen. (I’m sorry to say such a thing, but it’s important for the story. She’ll probably be prettier as she matures.) I believe this was another “coincidence” from MK-ULTRA, negative conditioning.

In www.leticia.org, I mention a guy named Fernando that I thought was my friend -- later turned hostile Mossad agent. He described something as -- “showing the consequences” -- something like that -- he was advancing the idea of negative conditioning.

I said, “There is exactly one kind of negative conditioning that works. You cut off the ******-******’s head, and whatever it is you didn’t like -- he won’t do it anymore!”

I mention this now, because I believe MK-ULTRA wants to do the kinds of things they have done to me -- to everyone -- as a means of social control.

There is much more to this story that makes me believe that. If someone really has a sexual problem and goes after under-age children -- this “negative conditioning” like what they have done to me -- IS NOT THE SOLUTION!

Robert Wright talks about this at great length in his book: The Moral Animal: The New Science of Evolutionary Psychology. Sex makes babies, and that determines what genes are passed to the next generation.

In most countries, adultery is not an executable offense. In some Muslim countries, the government will sometimes execute adulterers.

However, everyone -- anyone on the planet -- that commits adultery knows they may get killed for it. We all understand that. However -- the “kill rate” for adultery is lower than the “die rate” by a multitude of other causes in “Darwin’s Jungle” 100,000 years ago.

That fact set our genome. It’s just that simple. If you commit adultery, you may get killed. But more likely, you will transmit your genes to the next generation.

Negative conditioning does not work for sex offenses. You must understand that, Mr. President. Negative conditioning sets up a confrontational situation -- and even if the “alleged offender” gets killed -- that does not change their “genetic psychological pre-disposition”.

The human genome has not changed -- in any kind of significant way, since our time 100,000 or 200,000 years ago -- when 90% of the new babies died before they were old enough to reproduced themselves. An occasional death by the offended rage of someone whose spouse was unfaithful -- did not make much of a difference -- and listen to me very carefully -- it did not make much of a difference in which genes were transmitted to the next generation!

All this MK-ULTRA stuff does is set up the confrontational response. The MK-ULTRA Nazi War Crimes -- do nothing else than make it MORE likely that the subject of those war crimes will do -- whatever MK-ULTRA is ostensibly trying to make them do.

It makes it more likely because the confrontation sets off the “action chemicals” in the subject -- and those “action chemicals” make it more likely that the subject will do something -- namely try to have sex.

Victoria’s Divine Right tries to achieve a totalitarian control -- but I believe it is stupid and counter-productive. I believe these MK-ULTRA psy-war attacks are counter-productive.

Like I said, “You cut off the ******-******’s head, and whatever it is you didn’t like, he won’t do it anymore!” Pretty soon, you have to kill everyone. It doesn’t work. It is stupid and counter-productive. Ultimately, Victoria dies at the stake! Vive la France!

Then we have the events described in www.choachi.org. This is the small town in Cundinamarca -- where more war crimes were committed against me.

One thing I didn’t mention in that web link, I was once trying to call my sister in the U.S. and the phones weren’t working properly. Henry Chaves helped me find someone with a cell phone. I bought a prepaid card, and I was able to talk to my sister.

Just as I was about to talk, Henry said, say hello for me. My sense in that instant was that this was a psy-war trick. I can’t be sure really, but that’s what I think. I think this was a kind of sexual innuendo in line with the other events described on www.choachi.org.

I think what it was intended to mean to me, was that my sister was to provide some young people for sexual exploitation. Like I said, I can’t be sure that’s true, but, after a while, coincidences start to add up.

Maybe Henry’s actually a nice guy, but acting under extreme duress. I can imagine that. In the spy world, it’s hard to know which side anyone’s on.

But I do have one bit of advice for Henry. I’ll remind you of the scene in the movie Gladiator. Shortly after Maximus revealed himself to Caesar in the great arena, Caesar asked his sister, his trusted adviser, why this man was still alive.

Caesar had ordered this man’s execution, and was told it was accomplished. His sister answered directly to the point. “Then the Legions must know, that treachery will not be permitted.”

Caesar smiled and said, “Poor sister. I would not want to be your enemy!”

So please tell Henry for me, Mr. President. “I would not want to be my sister’s enemy.”

Some very interesting things happened in Bogotá in 2001. I was going to a Dr. *****. We got along okay, but I became suspicious of him after a very strange sequence of incidents.

I was talking with him one day, and I said, regarding the incident at the National Museum with the young girl, “That’s arguably the worst thing I’ve done.” Then I quickly added, “I don’t claim to be culpable.”

I had been living at *****. There was only one electric outlet that was connected to “ground”. I connected my computer and microwave and a nighttime air-machine to this outlet.

Later, by accident, I discovered that this outlet was not connected to my electric meter. This caused me a great deal of distress, as it meant repair workers would have to come to my home, and I was afraid if someone smelled marijuana smoke, I might have problems with the landlord -- ***** at *****.

Even though I was not committing any illegal activity, this is a very sensitive issue, and I wanted to be discreet.

I just didn’t do anything about it for a while. But very soon after that instance with Dr. ***** I was sitting at the table, and two men came into the apartment area. (This required a key, as there was a locked entrance onto the street.)

Just inside, there are 4 electricity meters, one each for the two apartments, and also one for the Restaurant, just south of that entrance, and the snack bar, just south of the restaurant, where ***** has a business.

The electricity went off at the microwave and one of the men said, “Tan culpable!” The other man said, “Lo siento mucho.” I think this was an MK-ULTRA “staged event” -- to call me guilty -- regarding the incident with the young girl. This makes it almost certain, that there is an MK-ULTRA operation going on against me, because of that.

I told Dr. ***** about that incident the next time I saw him. Because of the coincidence, I said to him, that means either you are a spy or your office is bugged. No one but CIA would be brazen enough to claim to “plausibly deny” that.

After some time, I decided I could make marijuana brownies, and avoid smoke in my home -- so repairs could be made. I spoke with *****, and volunteered to pay for some additional work.

After these repairs were made, I wrote a letter to the restaurant owner/ manager. I volunteered to pay him a small amount for the electricity I had used, and he was pleased to receive it. Just before that, I had told ***** that I would do this.

However, as I later told Dr. *****, I wrote this letter very carefully. I wrote it so that someone who did not know about the MK-ULTRA conspiracy, would think nothing of it -- but someone who did know about the conspiracy -- would know I was insulting him.

About one hour after I delivered the letter and paid a small amount for electricity, ***** called me on the telephone, and said, “Don’t give him any money.” -- or “Don’t write the letter.”

I had recently told Dr. ***** I had had no intention of harming that young girl at the museum -- I said, “It was a deliberate act of political defiance.” Sometimes I laugh instead of cry, and I laughed when I told this story of the telephone call to Dr. *****, and said, “She wasn’t talking about the money (which was a small amount anyway). She was telling me not to commit deliberate acts of political defiance.”

Victoria’s Satanic Regime always wants to punish “deliberate acts of political defiance”. Very soon after this, two or three Bogotá police walked by the entrance, just as I was leaving. (There is a small kiosk type very small building near that apartment, and -- assuming I am always being watched by MK-ULTRA -- it would be a simple matter for someone to time this.)

One officer -- these are young guys -- and are not usually “threatening” at all. But this time, one officer was flipping his “beat stick” up into the air a bit and catching it. I didn’t like that “coincidence” at all.

Then, as I went on out into the street, I think they could guess where I would probably be going, I passed a man who looked very much like Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. Just after we passed, he said in English, “That’s okay by me.” -- Having the police beat me? I presume.

This presents us with an extremely serious question, Mr. President. Are those young officers properly under the authority of Bogotá and Colombia -- or -- are they under the fascist dictatorial control of the State of Israel -- MK-ULTRA -- and Victoria’s Satanic Regime? This is a matter of sovereignty for you.

This is why you must invite 1-million Chinese freedom workers to protect you. My mother told me I might not be allowed to return to Colombia after I wrote this letter. She may be right of course.

My commitment is to tell the full and complete story. I know this makes me look bad. Two lawyers and a psychiatrist told me directly, that I had not broken the law in Colombia. (I also told Drs. ***** and *****, but I didn’t ask the direct question.)

I told this story to Dra. *****, even before I talked to a lawyer. If I get retaliated against, then that’s the way it goes.

I was working on this letter to you, and also on www.ecumenical-social-services.org, when I learned about Rep. Combest’s retirement. This has interrupted my schedule. I completed my paperwork for the Ecumenical Social Services Foundation -- discussed in www.libt-social-dem.org/Campaign-2003-02-28.htm -- the day before I left Bogotá for Texas.

I’m going to try to work with the various churches, and secular organizations as well, both to ask for contributions, but also to try to develop individual small businesses.

I’m recommending to U.S. President Bush that the U.S. Government foreign aid effort buy huge amounts of fiber optic cable -- which was manufactured in great volume during the Internet boom of the 1990’s -- but is now unused -- and available very cheaply!

I want him to start with Bogotá, and install this cable -- and computers. TV-like computers are very cheap now. This is very valuable, and we should use this to advance developing economies -- around the world.

I’m going to rely heavily on the Roman Catholic Church in this effort. The Internet uses “Internet Service Providers” -- or ISP’s -- which are communications computers -- where web sites are physically located.

More and more there are “Application Service Providers” -- ASP’s -- for “local area networks” -- LAN’s. These are used by businesses. My idea is to develop these ASP’s to coordinate small business “incubacy” -- incubation.

I’ll be working on that with business schools in the United States, while I am here. I have a very special idea, for which I must give credit to GTE Data Services -- GTEDS -- where I had been employed in Marina del Rey, California.

GTEDS gave some employees a weeklong course (half-days I think) in how to write business letters. This helped me a great deal. The basic idea is to start with 3 blank pages of paper.

On the first page, you start writing down every item you can think of -- about your topic. These are -- as you think of them -- big ideas and minor details -- just whatever you can think of -- without any organization.

Next, you start Page-2. This time you organize -- you group -- without hierarchy -- the items from Page-1. As you do this, something very important happens. As you organize your groups -- YOU THINK OF MORE ITEMS. You simply add these new items to your developing groups.

Finally, Page-3 will become a detailed outline -- your groups are already organized -- and THEN YOU HIERARCHIZE. And then, you’re pretty much finished.

I want to apply this idea to small business incubacy. Microsoft’s Windows XP and Office XP both have voice recognition capability. (Mr. Gates has invested a huge amount of money in this.)

This isn’t like sending a “voice mail” -- it is like “talking to the computer” and having the computer do things. Like “Computer, open Word -- and ‘do stuff’.”

When I was a data base / data communications systems programmer, I was starting to work on an extension of the computer “data dictionary” -- to include external instructions -- business procedure instructions to humans -- as part of the “mechanized documentation” for the various “application systems” a business needed to operate their business.

My idea is to set up “generic” data dictionary items -- which include necessary business practices -- INCLUDING WHERE AND HOW TO GET BUSINESS LICENSES FROM LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.

Once we have a “generic business model” my idea of the “GTEDS 3-pager” comes into play. I want to program this to “voice interaction” -- and here -- we have the new business people -- maybe it’s a family in Bogotá that wants to start a small restaurant.

What they will do is “sit around the kitchen table” -- and talk to their computer. They will talk about what food and drink items they want to offer.

They will talk about what local suppliers can provide them with food and drink -- to sell in their new restaurant-- where potential providers are located -- when they are open for business. They will talk about what prices to charge -- and how much they think they will have to pay for their supplies -- and all of these things.

This is a difficult job -- to do all this well -- but this can be accomplished. My idea in the smaller towns -- is to have the Catholic Church operate and maintain the ASP’s -- the application service providers.

These ASP’s can be the storehouse for the “generic business models”. The home TV-computers can have little or no “hard disk” capacity -- or they can have elaborate hard disk and backup capacity. They may be little more than a TV and a cash register.

We probably want a DVD recorder with the TV-cash register -- to provide secondary backup, but the ASP’s can do most of that work.

In any case, the ASP’s provide a professional backup and recovery capability for the small businesses. In the small towns, we must rely heavily on the good faith and integrity of the Catholic Church. I disagree with the Church on some important issues, but I have great respect for many things they are sincere about -- in particular -- about helping poor people.

I’m not religious anymore, except I do get religious about Matthew 25:31-46. “I was hungry and you brought me food. I was sick and in prison, and you visited me.”

In closing Mr. President, espero que los españoles will forbear, with patience and suffering, an Englishman’s pretense to the Quixotic Throne of La Mancha! (I can’t remember all this exactly.):

Dear Mr. Szady:

I’m writing to you today about matters of grave importance to the Democratic Constitutional Republic of the United States of America.

This letter follows my letter to Colombian President Alvaro Uribe, which tells most of the story.

Additionally, in Richmond Virginia, in 1999 I wrote a letter to the Chief of Police there -- describing some more MK-ULTRA threats that had occurred at my new apartment building.

Richmond police came and took me for involuntary psychiatric lockup. While I was there, an orderly asked me what I had done to get there. I said, “I wrote a letter to the Chief of Police describing a threat to me.” He said, “Don’t write any more letters.”

Another orderly shortly later, said, “Ben Franklin’s dead.” Meaning, “Ben Franklin and the patriots are dead.”

I wrote a letter peaceably petitioning the government for redress of a grievance. Have you read the 1st Amendment lately, Mr. National Counter-Intelligence Director? “The right of the people to peaceably assemble and petition the government for redress of a grievance -- shall not be abridged.”

That’s unless Victoria’s Satanic Regime orders otherwise, of course.

I’m sure you wouldn’t want to be me, now in Texas facing a lifetime of zombie pills and God knows what else. But I wouldn’t want to be you either right now. We ain’t playing tiddlywinks Mr. Director.

This story begins in Lubbock, Texas in 1995. After the Republicans captured the U.S. Congress in 1994, Rep. Larry Combest became Chair of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee. I challenged him in the 1996 election for that reason.

I spoke with Rep. Combest briefly during the course of the 1996 campaign. I told him I was trying to get his job. He told me he had been looking at my web page, and said, “Keep on trying, it’s a good job.”

As reported on www.leticia.org, I also told him he had a responsibility to tell the truth about CIA drug trafficking. He said he understood my concern, but the discussion should be conducted in another venue. I said, “Yes, of course.”

Well, here we go again. I was quite surprised to learn that he was retiring effective May 31, 2003. I wondered if he was retiring because he wasn’t able to do anything about my many complaints.

Or, of course, I have wondered if he retired to trick me into returning to Texas, so I could -- WITHOUT BREAKING ANY LAWS -- be taken into involuntary psychiatric confinement and be force-fed zombie pills -- and maybe various kinds of electroshock -- and maybe even a new and “improved” frontal lobotomy.

I don’t know, of course, but I don’t feel badly about Rep. Combest. I kind of wonder, if he was forced out for trying to protect me. His sin, being that he was insufficiently ruthless.

I’m being threatened with 40-years of severe torture, Mr. FBI Counter-Intelligence -- very specifically. Anyone and everyone who participates in having me taken for psychiatric confinement -- will face my full and complete pursuit of them --for as long as I am alive -- through every court on the Planet Earth -- including the War Crimes Tribunal in the Hague.

In my letter to President Uribe, I discuss MK-ULTRA. About 1995 I found a book called “Acid Dreams” -- “The Complete Social History of LSD: The CIA, the Sixties, and Beyond”, by Martin A. Lee & Bruce Shlain (published by Grove Weidenfeld).

On page xxiii the authors quote the director of MK-ULTRA as testifying to a US Senate Subcommittee, that one of the purposes of MK-ULTRA and associated programs was:

“... to investigate whether and how it was possible to modify an individual’s behavior by covert means.”

The United States Government says it “used to” perform psychiatric experiments on humans -- without informed consent. I believe this continues against me -- to this day.

A “psychiatric experiment” is a medical experiment. Medical experimentation without informed consent is Nazi by definition. It is not allowed on the Planet Earth. That’s why I’m running this race.

I was in a psychology group in Southern California from 1972 to 1983, led by Betty Grover Eisner, Ph.D. -- who was one of the original LSD researchers. Also in this psychology group were members of the Grove publishing family -- who were not involved in the book publishing business -- at least when I knew them. But that is their family company. This same company was also were involved in building missile bases in Saudi Arabia.

Another member of this psychology group was the brother of Admiral James David Watkins, who went on to become Chief of Naval Operations when I was in Saudi Arabia. Admiral Watkins went on to become Secretary of Energy for President George H.W. Bush.

I worked in Saudi Arabia for Northrop Corp., a California airplane manufacturer. I was the responsible systems programmer for a small mainframe at Depot Supply, at King Abdul-Aziz Air Force Base at Dhahran Airport.

I had a secret security clearance briefly, but they soon decided many people with a secret clearance, really didn’t need it. I had also had a secret security clearance at North American Rockwell -- working in California.

I had a secret clearance only because as a systems programmer, I might be able to hack into some secret data file. Never in my life was I told an official secret. Period.

In December 2002, shortly after I arrived in Lubbock, Texas, to begin my campaign for U.S. Representative, many bad things started to happen.

I believe it was Monday, December 23, 2002, I was walking to a store, where I could have been predicted to go, and on the way I was worried about my political circumstance. I said out loud -- BUT NO ONE WAS ANYWHERE NEAR -- if anyone gives me ****, “I’ll subpoena Larry Combest.”

I went to the store, and just as I entered, 3 or 4 employees started laughing uproariously. That’s all, but it affected me greatly. I thought they were laughing because I would “presume” to try to force the Government to obey the law and the Constitution, by subpoenaing Rep. Combest.

Another suspicious event occurred about 5-p.m. Christmas day, 2003. I went to ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** ***** *****. They don’t serve alcohol there, and when I left I asked the cashier where I could find a restaurant nearby where I could get a beer.

He said, “This is a dry county.” I said, “I know, but many restaurants serve beer.” (And hard liquor.) He indicated he didn’t know. (This was an Hispanic man, probably 50 or so, thin and short -- at least short compared to Anglos. There is another Hispanic man that works there, with a similar description, but he is a bit younger I think, and not quite so thin.

A day or so later, I went back there, and when I checked out, I told him there was a café a few blocks away (******) that serves beer with a meal. He said, “No, no. This is a dry county.” This unsettled me a little bit, as I wondered if this too was a trick. I told him a fact, and he said it was not possible -- in essence.

Soon after this, on January 3, 2003 early in the morning -- again where I could have been expected -- with certainty -- to go -- two young teenage girls pointed to a bicycle, and asked, “Is that your bike?” I said, “No.” and continued walking. I had been going to a particular place to buy a newspaper every day, before I got a subscription started.

As I walked by, they challenged me in a loud, accusatory manner. I didn’t understand what they said, and I said, “What?” -- and continued walking away. A minute later, a woman -- where I could be expected to walk by -- had a dog on a leash that was extremely agitated, and barking at me.

Is it okay to use young children and dogs in MK-ULTRA psy-war attacks? Answer me, Mr. FBI Counter-Intelligence?

That afternoon, about 4-p.m., again where it could have been predicted with certainty that would I go -- a guy with a bicycle walked up to me and started telling me this long story about his bike. (He had some kind of nervous problem -- some medical condition.)

(*****FBI-CI ***** ***** ***** -- the office of ***** ***** *****. Inside that office, were a very thin white man, kind of tall with one front tooth missing, and a very large black man. There was no spoken threat -- just a jocular attitude -- but the coincidences with the young girls and the dog -- make this almost certain. If the ***** Company was involved in this threat, under RICO and the intentional infliction of emotional distress -- they forfeit everything to me.)

About this time, I went to my bank -- ***** ***** ***** *****. When I came out, 2 guys were walking ahead of me, and it seemed they were walking deliberately slowly. I slowed my walk, because I suddenly became suspicious, and I didn’t want to overhear their conversation, fearing it was a double-language conversation that would upset me.

I stopped and turned facing the street, and a police car -- suddenly it seemed to me -- turned into a parking lot. This didn’t have to be, truly, a staged event for me, of course, but I was upset.

I walked on toward Mahon Library a few blocks away, about 9th and Ave. L I believe. On the way there, a black guy and a white woman were walking together. I crossed the street to put some distance between us, and then soon later, a street person, a guy walked up behind me and said, “He’ll take you where you’re going.” This was near the police station, and two police cars went by -- at that same time.

There is a story already on the Internet, I believe, about an incident in Prince George’s County Maryland about 1988 or 1989. I was at a mall having lunch, and a black man was having lunch with a white woman with blonde hair that looked like Ann Pecora Diamond -- of the Betty Eisner psychology group -- who gave me a huge amount of crap.

About the time I noticed them -- just before or just after -- someone said, “Your wife.” Maybe those words were not a double-language trick for me, but I think it probably was. I believe MK-ULTRA deliberately set up a hostile association for me. They caused an emotional problem “in me” -- about interracial dating -- that I did not have before.

I’m a liberal Democrat, and have been since the VietNam War. I believe African-Americans have been unjustly discriminated against, and I work sincerely in the political process to help poor people and minorities to advance themselves.

At ***** ***** ***** -- a woman who had previously been friendly to me, said -- ostensibly to another person -- “They’re committing him next week.” (This would have been January 6th I think.)

I said, “What?”, but she ignored me.

Before I even came to Texas, I believe the psy-war activities against me began to occur. My mother sent me an email while I was still in Bogotá, in which she said my brother had told someone -- an unusual name I can’t remember -- that if I came to Texas to run this campaign, that he would take his daughter to his wife’s family -- outside the 19th Congressional District.

This never happened, and I think this was part of The Conspiracy’s efforts to defeat me psychologically.

I believe it was at the ***** *****, that “*****” said to me, “Have you dropped out of the race yet?” I said, “No. That’s not on the agenda.” This woman is 40 or so I imagine, thin, and looks something like my dad’s sister. A minute later, I was “sort of alone” and I said, “That sounds like a threat!”

I’m almost certain, on the *** of January 2003, I said to the ***** ***** ***** *****, soon in the future I would ask permission to announce my candidacy at the *** *****.

At the ***** *****, two other ***** *****n***** -- a man and wife I think -- came into the room, with a great diatribe against ***** ***** -- a loser -- a crazy guy who had to die at the end.

I started talking, saying I had only announced I would “ask permission” -- and the man made me stop talking. He stood me down. La petit bourgeois fasciste. This is “democracy” -- this is the ***** ***** in America.

The woman who the previous week had said, “They’re committing him next week.” Looked me directly in the face and said, “This isn’t about you.” I smiled. (Bull *******-**** -- lying Nazi *****.)

After the “original threatened week” had passed, this woman with the “commit” threat said, “It’s good to see you.” I just smiled. I’m sure this was a direct reference to a professor at Colorado College -- another long story -- and I have to go make a speech -- more later, Mr. FBI Counter-Intelligence.

The ***** ***** *****, and this would have been about the ***** *****.

Later, there was a really nice red new T-bird convertible -- 2-seater -- license number ***** -- outside that I stopped to admire. A “conditioned” guy -- you know what I mean -- said, “Looks like a real bullet to me.”

Democracy in America, like democracy in Iraq, flows out of the barrel of a gun! This guy got in a car -- with someone else driving, and a 3rd guy. This was a rather new, beige ***** *****. Treason, treason, treason. Find that guy, and find his boss.

These people represent together, a criminal conspiracy to alter the outcome of a free election.

A similar incident occurred at the ***** *****. ***** ***** *****. I introduced myself and started telling a bit about myself. I started talking about the deliberate double language -- and he interrupted me, saying something -- so that it shut me up.

This person is ***** *****, who is also the ***** ***** ***** *****.)

A similar thing happened in 1983 or 1984 in Washington, DC. A “Mr. Lynch” associated with the ACLU had some high falutin’ op-ed article in the Washington Post, and I went to talk to him. He didn’t seem to care that the U.S. Government employed drug entrapment and psychological warfare schemes. He gave me a lecture about using marijuana.

Yes, Hillary, there is a vast right-wing conspiracy -- and your husband didn’t protect me from them in particular in the prelude to the incident with the young girl at the Colombian National Museum in Bogotá.

***** employed MK-ULTRA techniques against me -- to stop my efforts to tell people the truth about the illegal secret government. And this -- with many other incidents in Lubbock, Texas recently -- has damaged me personally so severely that I have not been able to develop my campaign for U.S. Congress. All this together constitutes treason.

I think the level of psychological assault on me -- gives adequate reason for a postponement of the deadline for filing for the office of U.S. Representative -- currently set for April 2, 2003. This one ain’t over yet folks.
