     I hope people who disagree with me on “the regular issues" will help my campaign.  On one issue alone I will claim primacy -- do you believe the government should obey the law and the Constitution?  I’m not talking about technicalities.  I’m talking about who in fact has legislative, judicial and executive powers -- AND WHAT THEY DO!  Do you want democracy or do you want the subversive, "Totalitarian Psychiatry State"?

 

     The House and Senate Intelligence Committees have the responsibility, along with the President of the United States, to insure that the Secret Intelligence Community obeys the laws and the Constitution of the United States of America.

 

     These agencies include the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), the NSA (National Security Agency), a host of Defense Department intelligence agencies, the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) and FBI Counter-Intelligence -- at least 12 or 13 agencies in all -- and in reality this includes the North American Mafia, and the international drug mafia.

 

     West Texas is filled with self-proclaimed conservative candidates, but if people want a real conservative, they should vote for me -- for Mike Egger.  I’m so conservative that I believe the U.S. Government should obey the law and the Constitution!

 

DO YOU BELIEVE THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD OBEY THE LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION?

PHILOSOPHY: Libertarian Social Democrat

 

CAMPAIGN THEME: "If the people don’t know the truth, there is no democracy."

 

     I challenge the Establishment Candidates to a debate regarding the issue of U.S. Government involvement in drug trafficking, drug entrapment, and psychological warfare against civilians.

 

     Drug Prohibition is just like Alcohol Prohibition -- a secret conspiracy installed a kind of "Political Judo".  The harder you try to fight them, the stronger they become.  When the bootleggers and the preachers get together it’s hard to beat them.

 

     Alcohol prohibition installed the Mafia Secret Government in the United States, and this Secret Government will not be defeated until drug prohibition is repealed!

 

 

DRUGS:

 

     The U.S. Secret Government is the world’s biggest drug dealer.  The CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and the mafia have the same controllers, and their boss IS NOT the President and the Congress of the United States!

 

     Combat crime, corruption, and treason, by legalizing drugs under a Medical Experiment Model.

 

     Is the idea of a constitutional democracy now to be a convenient fiction, so the secret dictatorship can do what they want?

 

     What is your candidate’s response to the grievous harm and violence that our hypocritical drug laws cause -- while the secret government protects and advances drug trafficking world wide?  What is the Congress’s moral authority in this matter?

 

     William F. Buckley, Jr. has been an intellectual leader of the modern conservative movement for 30 years.  On Feb 12, 1996, his magazine "National Review" devoted about 15 pages -- including the cover -- to call for legalization of drugs and the abolition of the "Drug War".

 

 

MY AMBITION:

 

     To openly claim the position of the Military Commander of the Planet Earth!  MCPE!  The North American Mafia and the International Drug Mafia are secret agencies of the United States Government!  Someone needs to turn them to righteousness!

WHAT I WOULD HAVE RATHER DONE:

 

     Had the Constitution remained in effect, I would have rather gotten a doctor’s degree in mathematics and worked on developing mathematical measures to apply to social phenomena.  I hope some people are working on this now.  I think queueing theory could be used to develop economic and social models.

 

 

       THE COMING DISCUSSION ABOUT SOCIAL DARWINISM:

 

     I was surprised to see Pat Buchanan on television a number of years ago, discussing the economic conditions of working class people and corporate downsizing and such.  He decried "the Social Darwinism" of business practices.  Right wing politicians don’t usually talk about Social Darwinism, and this was a surprise.

 

     I think Mr. Buchanan is trying to mix many people’s religious antagonism to the theory of "Biological Darwinism" with their economic anxiety.  A week or so earlier he was complaining about the teaching of (biological) evolution in school.  I think this is an interesting development that he is talking about Social Darwinism.

 

     I discuss biological evolution under the topics EDUCATION, CRIME, YOUNG PEOPLE’S RIGHTS, ANIMAL RIGHTS, THE MEDICAL EXPERIMENT MODEL and SOCIAL DARWINISM AND SOCIAL DEMOCRACY.  My thinking has been influenced by reading the Robert Wright book about the interaction of evolution and human psychology.  It’s called Evolutionary Psychology.  I call it Darwinian Psychology!

 

     There is nothing anyone can do about Biological Darwinism because it is scientific and historic fact.  However, WE SHOULD attempt to resist forces that want to apply the laws of jungle survival to human society -- which is called SOCIAL DARWINISM.

 

     I will lead the righteous into revolt against the vicious Social Darwinism of George the Father, George the Son, and Dick the Holy Ghost!

 

MEDICAL CARE:

 

     The U.S. Government should pay 100% of everyone’s medical and dental bills (including eyeglasses and hearing aids and prescription drugs).

 

     Prioritize diseases and start with a 1% National Sales Tax, then increase by 1% each year until the job is done.

 

     Increase the IRS standard deduction to $15,000 or $20,000, and abolish loopholes.

 

     This slow "phase-in" will allow time to review spending, and set about to advance "alternate providers".  These non-physician providers are just as qualified in their specialty as medical doctors -- and much less expensive.  However they normally can’t be utilized, because of insurance rules -- and a maze of state laws -- that benefit both the insurance companies and the doctors  -- but not the patient.

 

 

OTHER ISSUES:

 

     I support tough gun control under "The Gun Control National Guard".  See The Gun Control National Guard.

 

     I support a $1 and a $5 coin, and the abolishing the penny and the dime.  See Coins.

 

     I am a liberal who supports needed social programs, and I sincerely believe we must do much more.  I am, however of the opinion that the best thing we could do for the poor is legalize drugs.  A few years ago I read that the mafia takes more money out of Harlem (in New York City) than the government puts in as welfare subsidies!  The Mafia Secret Government uses the drug laws to re-institute slavery in many ways.

 

     I mean that literally.  The Mafia owns people and telling your teenager to "Just say no is not going to change that.  I call for a "Medical Experiment Model" to legalize drugs, prostitution, gambling and pornography.

 

     I hope you will read BIRTH CONTROL, ABORTION, AND "THE BABY CONTRACT" -- that’s a good one!  I support free abortion on request --  and some other creative solutions.

 

                   HOUSING FOR THE POOR!

 

     I advocate spending $20-30-billion per year for the next 20 years building "pre-fab" dormitories for the poor.  (A dormitory room with a bathroom costs about $22,000)  I also support housing subsidies for working class people to replace the "house mortgage interest" income tax exemption.  Senator Rockefeller does not need a $50,000 per year housing subsidy!  (Housing)

 

TOBACCO:

 

     Under "TOBACCO" I discuss a "reasonably good way" to stop smoking tobacco.

 

YOUNG PEOPLE’S RIGHTS:

 

     I believe it should be illegal FOR ANYONE to physically strike any child for any reason, including parents or teachers attempting to use this method for discipline.  Many or most professionals are quite convinced paddling is counterproductive.

 

     I believe "teaching" or frightening a child with terrible stories about "Hell" is in fact emotional child abuse that can cause severe psychiatric difficulties.

 

     There is of course a constitutional issue here, I don’t think we could forbid parents to teach this "religion" to their children, but I would consider this "a moral equivalence" to refusing to seek medical care for a child for religious reasons.

 

     I know that the theology of Hell can advance psychiatric illness.  I know this from my own personal experience.  Society must care for its children, and when teachers, counselors and others observe psychiatric difficulties in a child, they have a responsibility to attempt a humane intervention.

 

     To begin with, such an authority could tell such a child that many people do not accept the idea of a physical Hell.

 

     If God actually created such a Hell, that would make God the worst fascist of unbelievable proportions -- making God far worse than anything any human could possibly do.  I used to be religious, but I am not religious any more -- in part because of this theological issue.  I understand this is a constitutional issue, but it must be properly addressed.

 

     I support setting up a "trial marriage" system so young people can satisfy their "natural desires" see YOUNG PEOPLE’S RIGHTS.  I have to admit I got this idea from the Ayatollah Khamenei of Iran (Khomeini’s successor).  I don’t think that guy is some kind of "fuzzy minded liberal"!

 

     Also I propose paying young people 12-15 $50 per month and those 16-25 $100 per month "not to have a baby".  (This wouldn’t cost as much as you might think -- about $70 or $80-billion per year.)

 

     This would require DNA testing -- which I would normally oppose.  However, it is of great importance to contain the population, and especially by those too young to properly care for a child.

 

     Also, it is becoming more and more important for a child to know the medical history of their biological family.  (We can do that while still protecting the identity of biological parents if we need to.)

 

FOREIGN POLICY:

 

     The highest priority for U.S. foreign policy, with every country in the world, including the Vatican -- must be the humane and effective control of world population.  This means the active advancement of sex education, birth control devices and giving every woman free choice on abortion.

 

NAFTA:

 

     I support a bi-lingual North and South America and "La Alianza Grandiosa"  --  "The Great Alliance".  See NAFTA.

 

     Expand NAFTA country by country, and make the U.S. dollar the national currency of every country in Latin America -- as Panama already has -- in exchange for EFFECTIVE population measures and protection of the rain forests.

 

     There is a great economic base in Latin America that should be used for the citizens.  The U.S. dollar can provide a mutual benefit for all of North and South America.  The Federal Reserve could manage this properly and fairly.  This is a big job but I believe U.S. national security interests demand this in the long run.

 

     Additionally, business owners and others in the Latin American countries try to convert their money into U.S dollars already, but now they must move their money out of their own country to foreign banks.  This, rather than sensible and needed investment in their local businesses.

 

     A few years ago one currency trader in New York, acting alone, forced the devaluation of New Zealand’s currency.  New Zealand has a good economy and a reasonable and conservative monetary policy; and they were just overpowered.  The New Zealand national bank lost many billions of dollars trying to defend their currency.

 

     The government of New Zealand was able to get this one trader fired, but not before his employer paid him more than $100-million in commissions!  (And do you think he had trouble finding another job?)

 

RUSSIA:

 

     I would make the same arguments regarding installing the U.S. dollar at least temporarily in Russia and the former Soviet Union.  The only people who seem to have money there is the "new" Russian mafia, which is of course the "old" KGB.  The United States must make additional efforts to help the Russian economy.

 

     I’m afraid the "power politics" people in the United States want to further weaken Russia, imagining that to be in the best national security interest of the U.S.  I doubt that is actually true.

 

 

                   ISRAEL-PALESTINE

 

     This has been my most difficult issue.  I have finally concluded that Israel must make significant political and geographic concessions to achieve justice for the Palestinians.

 

     This includes Palestinian Right of Return to free and equitable participation in a democratic society.  AND UNTIL THAT OCCURS -- I shall refuse to support any foreign or military aid from the United States to Israel.

 

     Until Israel irretrievably commits to justice for the Palestinians, I will support moving the people of Israel to the United States -- with full economic recompense -- including businesses and universities and such -- and Germany can pay big bucks for this, as well as for new synagogues; non-revocable U.S. citizenship; and by treaty offering the same to anyone who would meet the current Israeli standards for emigration to Israel.

 

     (There aren’t so many people that we cannot do that, and we should trust Israeli authorities to apply the same standards they currently apply.)

 

     I’m opposed to the Holy War -- whichever side you support.  Hitler and his Holocaust were the real enemies, not the Palestinians.  We should have given Israel a corresponding amount of territory on the north coast of Germany.

 

     The Holocaust led to a psychological reversion in many Jews to their cultural myth of "God’s promised land", and a fundamentalist, literal interpretation of Deuteronomy 20:16.  The fact is that there are Arabs on that real estate now, whose families have been there for thousands of years.

 

     The trauma of being forced out of their homes and into squalid refugee camps in Gaza and elsewhere caused many Palestinians to revert to their cultural myths -- namely jihad (Holy War) and Islamic fundamentalism.

 

     I reject claims that "anti-Zionism" is the same as "anti-semitic".  The Palestinians are Semitic people as well, and THEY TOO have suffered grievously for Hitler’s crimes against humanity.  This along with free immigration to the US with non-revocable citizenship for Palestinians and Israelis.  Other factors aside, all this would be a great addition to the United States.

 

     I just want to know why moving Jews to the United States didn’t start in 1938 the day after Kristallnacht -- November 9, 1938 -- which most Europeans would write as: 9-11-1938.  I cannot believe that Roosevelt (FDR) and Churchill didn’t have spies telling them what was going on inside Germany.  The real enemy of the Jewish people is Adolph Hitler and his legacy -- not the Palestinians.  Please refer to Israel-Palestine for a brief discussion of "The Kristallnacht Remembrance Act" for dual U.S. citizenship for all Israelis and Palestinians. 

 

     I don’t expect Israel to move to the United States, but I feel it is important to offer an anti-Zionist alternative.  And I hope to make people think about what a real solution will entail.

     I thought about not discussing this issue, but I felt it was important to bring this thinking to the public.  I am sorry for any personal grievance this may cause.  There are Holocaust survivors who watched their parents starve themselves to death giving food to their children.  I’m not trying to diminish the crimes of the Nazis.  This was a “social experiment” the Nazis conducted.

 

     I’m pretty sure I have walked more precincts handing out literature and getting people to vote for Jewish candidates (mostly liberal Democrats) than most people, including most Jews.  I worked for these candidates because they were liberal, not because they were, or were not, Jews.

DISCUSSION

 

     I am a "libertarian" in the sense that I believe we should legalize drugs, prostitution, gambling and pornography -- all under a reasonable monitoring program that I call "The Medical Experiment Model.  I believe in the saying: "You don’t mess with me and I don’t mess with you.)

 

     I am a strong civil libertarian.  I have been a member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) for about 25 years.  If my dues aren’t quite up to date, that’s only because I don’t have enough money.

 

     I am a member of the Drug Policy Foundation, and NORML -- the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws.

 

     I believe in efficient government, but I do believe the government has an important role to play in our society.  I’m a social democrat in the sense that I believe we should take active and effective steps to eliminate poverty, and I believe in socialized medicine.

 

     Quite frankly I don’t much care who owns General Motors and other big companies, as long as they all pay a proper amount of tax to help support the poor -- and as long as they don’t impose anti-libertarian practices on their employees.

 

     I would prefer that the owners be U.S. American -- at least mostly.  And I even support business success and economic strength and efficiency!  The poor need a small skim off the top, that’s all.

 

     We already have an incredible socialism in this country.  People want to get the government out of business; but really, business and government merged long ago.  It was a hostile takeover -- "The Robber Barons" seized the government about 100 years ago.  It was Vickie, Ted, and the Robber Barons.  (Queen Victoria and Theodore Roosevelt and some cohorts.)

 

THINGS I PROBABLY WOULDN’T BELIEVE EXCEPT IT HAPPENED TO ME:

 

     From my own personal experience, and various news sources, I am convinced far beyond any kind of doubt, that the CIA and the Mafia have a long history of cooperation and an interlocking directorate AT THE VERY TOP!!!

 

     My personal experience forms a complicated and truly bizarre story.  I am certain that I have been the victim of CIA drug trafficking, CIA drug entrapment, and CIA covert mind control conspiracies.

 

     This personal experience is documented in "Plausible Believability" -- about 350 pages of text, which is included in the Zip file available as a click field near the top of this file.

     I’ll buy you a cup of coffee if you can claim you have read a more interesting "political resume".  As a "hop, skip and a jump" I would recommend pb01, pb02, pb31, and pb49.
