I’m writing to you
now to express my satisfaction that you all are resisting the aggressive Anglo
War against Iraq. I’m sure the Israelis
are in on this as well. I believe the
United States will do severe damage to itself if they proceed on this unjustified
war.
I am currently a
candidate for the office of U.S. Representative in Texas’ 19th Congressional
District. I don’t have any money, and I
am getting the cold shoulder from everyone, including family and old friends.
I have until April
2, to file papers in Austin -- with either 500-signatures or $2,500, which I
probably won’t have, but I’m going to try.
President Putin may
already know about me. I began in
October 1983 -- almost 20-years ago writing to all branches of the U.S.
Government, cataloguing at great length, events which I interpreted as officers
and agents of the U.S. Government as engaging in drug entrapment and covert
psychological warfare -- against me -- a civilian my whole life -- who never
had any official responsibility for any secret of the U.S. Government. I was a mainframe computer systems
programmer, and at times I had a secret security clearance -- only because as a
systems programmer, I might be able to hack into some secret data-base. (I never was good enough to do any of this,
and I certainly was not going to try!)
About April 9 or 10,
1987 as I remember, I took my then current papers -- perhaps 200-pages --
personally to the Soviet Embassy in Washington, DC. I believe Secretary Gorbachev was in power by then.

World-Wide Caucus for Libertarian Social Democracy. Last year I also bought about 55 web names of the form www.ecumenical-social-services.org. I’m just getting started with this. I now, also, call myself the Founding

good works of Catholic Social Services in the U.S.
In 1989, I took
additional papers to the Soviet Embassy.
Some very interesting things had occurred. I was not a great fan of the Soviet Union of course, but I came
to believe the U.S. Government was just as bad. The Communists were open and honest about their repression, and
we lied about ours. And the Communists
at least pretended to help poor people.
I had been working
in Saudi Arabia for Northrop when I became aware of the activities against
me. I wasn’t interested in any of my
old friends getting screwed in the spy-game, so very early in 1986 -- more than
a year ahead of time, I wrote President Reagan, and some people in the U.S.
Congress -- that they had a deadline of the Ides of March 1987 -- to do
something significant about my complaint.
I also tried to sue
William J. Casey, at the time DCI. All
of this to no avail, though I did receive a nice letter of acknowledgement from
Rep. Don Edwards, at the time, the Chair of the U.S. House Judiciary
Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights -- but that was all.
Before I went to
Saudi Arabia, I had been in psychotherapy with Betty Grover Eisner, Ph.D. in
Santa Monica, West Los Angeles. She had
30-35 patients, many of whom lived together in communes. She was one of the original LSD researchers
in the early 1950’s.

complicated to try to explain now.
In November 1976,
one of my friends in the psychology group in California died following a hot
mineral bath, having taken about 60-80mg of Ritalin before this. Dr. Eisner assembled the group to her home,
where the procedure had been performed.
I arrived a bit
later than everyone else, gathered around a massage table where the stricken
Mr. Noel Kramer lay. I was not fearful
for him, as I expected Dr. Eisner to take care of him. I now believe everyone in the psychology
group was a spy -- except for myself -- and that this scene was a trap for me.
I never had a clue
at the time of course. I assumed Dr.
Eisner to be independent. I was in
Saudi Arabia from 1979 to 1983, and it was not until 1982 that I became aware
of spy-type psychological interest in me.
It wasn’t that I was so smart, that I “figured it out”. They made it impossible to ignore.
I left Saudi Arabia
early in 1983, and made my way to Washington, DC, where I started writing my
first letter to Rep. Edwards -- it was 42-pages long.
Mr. Kramer was
stricken just 8 or 9 days after Jimmy Carter had defeated President Ford. Nelson Rockefeller was Vice President, Henry
Kissinger was Secretary of State, Dick Cheney was Chief of Staff, and George
H.W. Bush was DCI. The usual cast of
criminals.
I challenged Rep.
Larry Combest -- from my home district in Texas -- in November 1996, but I
didn’t even get on the ballot. Rep.
Combest had become Chair of the U.S. House Intelligence Committee when the
Republicans took power in Congress in 1994, and I challenged him for that
reason.
Now, surprising
everyone, he announced his resignation shortly after the 2002 elections,
effective May 31, 2003. The election is
scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2003, and it appears that they have already
defeated me with their psy-war attacks.
These attacks threaten me with murder, and with involuntary psychiatric
confinement -- the new American Psychiatric Gulag. Texas can force feed me zombie pills, give me various kinds of
electro-shock, and I’ve even read about a “new and improved” frontal lobotomy.
I’m being
specifically threatened with this. I
think Queen Victoria started the Imperial Holy War Against Islam more than
100-years ago. I think they planned
alcohol prohibition and women’s suffrage in the U.S. at the same time -- to
increase volunteer efforts to install both.
I support equal
rights for women, of course, but with alcohol prohibition, every cop,
prosecutor, judge and politician in the country was taking Mafia alcohol money
-- and I think the secret conspiracy -- once in power -- solidified their
position, getting ready for World War II -- when Stalin would defeat Hitler --
and everyone would “encourage” Jews to go to Israel -- not for the purpose of
getting the Jews out of Europe -- but so they would go to Israel -- where they
would be dedicated and fanatical fighters.
I think H.St. John
Philby of the British Middle East desk helped Saudi King Abdul-Aziz bin Rahmann
al-Saud consolidate power (known incorrectly as “ibn-Saud”). Everyone in Saudi simply calls him
“Abdul-Aziz”. I think “bin Rahmann” is
correct. “bin” means “son of” and I
think this is what “ibn” is meant to mean.
People in Saudi say “bin”.
Mohammed bin Saud
made an alliance with the Wahhabi’s about 1745. The Wahhabi’s are the strict religious police in Saudi today.
Philby became
friends with Abdul-Aziz, and “betrayed” British Petroleum back about 1930 I
believe -- telling John D. Rockefeller’s guy that Abdul-Aziz didn’t trust paper
money. British Petroleum liked to pay
with notes drawn on the Bank of England, and Rockefeller promised quick
delivery of several million dollars of gold.
And thus Aramco was born.
I think the Brits
knew they could not sustain their empire -- and they “re-enslaved” the United
States to do the dirty work. Actually
they enslaved Russia, Germany, France, and the Jewish people -- to do the dirty
work.
It is widely believed
that World War I was planned. I think
World War II was also planned by Victoria’s Satanic Regime. Of course Hitler’s Holocaust against the
Jews was horrific. But people don’t
much talk about 20-million Russians dead from World War II -- and quite possibly
20-million more Russians dead from Stalin’s purges?
At least 1-million
French soldiers died in World War I -- and I think it was the Anglo’s
fault. I’m Anglo myself of course, but
I think my claim to fame is that my father’s name is German, and my mother’s
maiden name is Cross. I think I’m a
symbolic “German-Christian” scapegoat for Hitler’s Holocaust.

This campaign paper
-- has for reasons of reader convenience -- additionally a letter in progress
to the President of Colombia. It’s a
long and scandalous story, and after that is the beginning of a letter to US
FBI Counter-Intelligence. I’m going to
try to take over FBI Counter-Intelligence -- and you folks need to help me!
I have not broken
any laws, but I am deeply afraid of the American Psychiatric Gulag. I had a good doctor in Bogotá -- but I found
a psychiatrist in Lubbock recently -- that is actively threatening me. I walked out on him recently, and I will not
go back to him -- it’s very complicated with my mother and our family doctor
for many years. I haven’t decided how
best to deal with his Nazi threat. I
won’t do anything illegal or violent, but after that, it’s the same old story
with MK-ULTRA -- they give you one or two choices -- all of which are bad for
you.
This evil social
system must be exposed and defeated. I
am hoping that I have a better chance of surviving “more or less intact” than
anyone else, and I will give you a few reasons why I think that.
One of the persons
in Dr. Eisner’s psychology group is the sister of Admiral James David Watkins
-- previously Chief of Naval Operations -- while I was in Saudi Arabia -- and
later Secretary of Energy to President George H.W. Bush.
Also,
there
is a book called “Acid Dreams” -- “The Complete Social History of LSD: The CIA,
the Sixties, and Beyond”, by Martin A. Lee & Bruce Shlain (published by
Grove Weidenfeld).
Many people have heard years ago about CIA's testing of LSD on unsuspecting
people. This was part of MK-ULTRA. On page xxiii the authors quote
the director of MK-ULTRA as testifying to a US Senate Subcommittee, that one of
the purposes of MK-ULTRA and associated programs was:
“... TO INVESTIGATE WHETHER AND HOW IT WAS POSSIBLE TO MODIFY AN INDIVIDUAL'S
BEHAVIOR BY COVERT MEANS.”
This tells us up front -- that the U.S.
Government has practiced -- and I believe continues to practice -- human
psychiatric (medical) experimentation -- WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT. People
who conduct -- and force others to conduct -- human medical experimentation
without informed consent -- are called Nazis.
Very interestingly, Grove Publishing (my book was paperback) is owned by the
family of some people I knew in California in this psychology group. The
Grove “family company” was a conglomerate -- and among other things -- besides
book publishing -- they constructed missile sites in Saudi Arabia!
I don’t know if
these people are my friends or my enemies.
I am mentioning this simply to give the “possibility” that my
allegations might have credence. (Betty
Grover Eisner had a brother in the U.S. State Department.)
I’m writing you at
this time to lend my personal support to all efforts to stop the Holy War
Against Islam, and I fear time is too short -- we may have only a few more days
-- and I want to do what I can to stop this grievous injustice.
I regret that I
haven’t done a better job in this campaign, but I believe there is an enormous,
and enormously evil secret society in control in the United States. Their psy-war attacks against me, disable
me. It’s just that simple.
If I am killed, or
from the instant I am declared mentally incompetent and locked up without
rights -- I cede my personal authority to President Putin and the memory of
40-million dead Russians. (They can
hold me for a day or two before I would go before a judge. I will demand full and complete public
disclosure -- of everything -- even those things that make me look bad. I repeat, I have not broken the law.)
I have a residency
visa in Colombia, and I was living there before I learned of Rep. Combest’s
retirement. Please read my letter to
President Uribe of Colombia. I did
something in Bogotá in 1995, that makes me look bad, but I believe I did the
right thing -- to defy and try to expose MK-ULTRA. What I did was not illegal, and not violent.
I have this letter
to President Uribe on the Internet only -- I haven’t actually sent it -- as
there is more to be added in the complementary letter to FBI
Counter-Intelligence -- including the use of dogs and children in MK-ULTRA
psy-war staged events -- in Lubbock, Texas.
These people have no shame.
There are two more incidents with dogs -- 3-instances altogether very
near my home. I wasn’t attacked but I’m
certain I was being threatened.)
Also in my letter to
President Uribe is my request that he invite 1-million Chinese Freedom Workers
so Colombia can legalize drugs under a medical experiment model -- and stop
their grievous civil war -- all sides of which kill villagers in a great
competition for territory -- from which to gain “drug taxes”.
If W interferes,
China takes Taiwan, and Russia must protect China. Who is in control of the U.S. Military Nuclear Forces? I’m also in favor of making Israel,
Palestine, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico into the 51st thru 54th States of the
United States. This protects Israeli
Jews -- AND -- helps neutralize the reckless Israeli nuclear threat!
I urge China to give
serious consideration to this great need of Colombia and the Andes Region. Remember the Opium Wars! In my letter to President Uribe I discuss at
length similar French activities in Indo-China -- in the book by Alfred W. McCoy
-- The Politics of Heroin in Southeast Asia.
In this book, McCoy
says the French sometime made opium legal, and sometimes illegal -- but always
available from the French colonialists.
McCoy describes this as a means of social control -- as well as helping
finance the colonial apparatus. If
angry and intemperate locals became rebellious -- the French would try to push
them into opium addiction. And if they
felt they needed to, they could make opium illegal and put people in jail.
I think Queen Victoria
-- and her people of course -- got the bright idea of women’s suffrage and
alcohol prohibition in the United States -- from the opium experience in Asia!
And of course,
Victoria had grandchildren and nieces and nephews throughout the royal houses
of Europe -- all very wealthy with excellent business connections. I think they started this and “un-wound” so
to speak into wider and wider circles of totalitarian control -- the enslaved
and terrorized rich! Cajole, bribe,
threaten, bankrupt, kill. It isn’t all
that creative, actually, just brutality, genocide and murder on a horrendous
scale.

Believability” -- as a counterweight to “plausible deniability”! That’s my project after the campaign.
I’ve been working on
this for a long time, and again, I believe I get whatever psy-war attacks are
sufficient to disable me. It’s pitiful,
really. Humane societies do not conduct
medical (psychiatric) experiments on civilians -- or even soldiers in my view
-- without informed consent. Human
medical experimentation and procedures -- without informed consent -- is Nazi
by definition.
